    Bought a transmission from this place paid ****** dollars to get nothing in exchange except ripped off by there billing team by guy named ****.....

    This business is ONLY about separating you from your money. My ordeal started when I ordered a headlight assembly for my truck. Initially, everything was well. I ordered the part on 11/06/23 and it arrived 11/10/23. To my surprise, the light didn't fit, so I returned it on 11/13/23. From then on it was a fast downhill slide. I called the business and explained the issue. At that time I was asked for the tracking number, which I provided. I believed that they would ship the proper part, since that is what I was told, big mistake on my part. After waiting for over a month, I contacted the business again and asked for my money back. I was told that a refund will be processed. I made several more phone calls and text messages to them and each time I was given an excuse. All of my interactions with the business was with, I believe, ****. I have retained all of the text messages between us. Eventually, she stopped responding to my texts, then she would call me from 888 number. I guess she realized that I would keep the messages. I could continue to explain my interactions with this business but, there is not enough room for that here. The bottom line for me is that hopefully this will convince others to stay clear of this business. At this point I don't expect to get my $394.00 back. I will continue to voice my complaint about this business because, they should not be able to just keep my money. Since this company is located in ********** and I live in *******, it is cost prohibited for me to go to ********** to file a claim in small claims court. I wish that I would have vetted this business before I gave them my money. Fair warning to all future potential customers of this business, STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS, UNLESS YOU WANT TO GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY AND GET NOTHING IN RETURN. This business deserves no star rating, zero stars was not an option.

    I found this company online in October 2023. I started ordering my parts on November 8, 2023, they were showing me what I was asking for, so after, I purchase my parts costing $3,300 dollar. So, I waited for 3 weeks and call them about my order they told me that they were getting it together. They told me to give them more time. A month when by I called asking what is going on. They told me that my order was damaged and it came back to them. I talked to ******, He told me that they are trying to resend my order. The Holiday kicked in, so I called by after Thanksgiving He told me that he need more time, then in December he told me that they were going to send my part in a truck that they had purchased to **************, I called by in 2 weeks, he told me the truck had broke down and they have to get parts for the truck and I should have my order in 2-3 weeks, No order, I talked with ****** again he told me that it is difficult to get my order to me and he is going to try putting it through the mail again, I waited 2-3 weeks again, I started calling them and they would put me on hold and then hang up. I did receive 3 of my parts. I talk to *********************** He told me that they can not deliver the rest of my part or order, so I told him to refund me my money if they can't deliver the parts. I kept on calling to speak with ****** or ***** and they would tell me they are in a meeting. Now this is in March now, I called and spoke with ****** he told me he was trying to get my order to me. I waited for 2 weeks no phone call. I kept on calling them to find out about my refund. I asked to talk with billing or the owner, they would not let me talk to them. I called and they would tell me that no supervisor is need to call back. Giving me the run-around. They, fired **** trying to help me., I'm going to the News and I went to my bank to see if they could get my money. If I have to get myself a lawyer, These people are heartless and unprofessional, they are liars, the steal.

    They found me a part for my car, that I have been looking for. The price was fair. And Sam did a great job by keeping me informed and sending me pictures. I highly recommend Sam to help you find the part you need.

    Tried purchasing a 6.2 engine $2700 + core fee $250. I made a request of my bank for 2 day for large puchase. Company told me my card declined. A check with bank showed no attempts. Company sent me a 6 digit auth code a that appeared to come from my bank. Luckily I contacted bank and was told not to respond because it was a attempt to take over my account by ********. My bank has no attempts of purchases declined. Please never give out bank codes to anyone. The co.pany was very convincing.

    Purchased an engine over 2 months ago. They finally came back to say they did not have. I am still waiting for my refund. Call couple times a week, talk to different people. Often put on hold with nobody coming back on the line. Other excuses include: person who handles on holiday, not at work today, at lunch. An awful lot of people and always a promise or excuse.

    I worked with Jazz at at Auto Parts Store on a part that was needed for my 2010 ***** Civic that had just been re-painted due to clear coat breakdown from a previous incident which had been caused by a falling tree. When the body shop removed the trunk lid garnish they accidentally broke it and it was on back order throughput the US. The Auto Parts Store had one and it was shipped to me but due to poor packaging, it was broken when received. I called Jazz and she she requested pictures which were sent to her the same day. She apologized and said that they would would take care of it and she would get back to me asap. She called back within a couple of days and sent me pictures for my approval which I did at that time and she then sent me a *** tracking reference. The part arrived today and it was packaged correctly and was in great shape. She and the store management have been great to work with and I am very pleased with their service, their follow up communication, and the speed with which they handles the issue. My thanks to Jazz for staying with me personally throughout the process and making it right. THANKS!!! *** from ********

    DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I purchased a complete diesel engine from this company that was supposed to come with injectors, alternator, turbo, ac pump, wiring harness and such. they finally sent me an engine but it was only the block with no extras. I contacted them about it and they said they would send the other parts asap but it is now 13 weeks later and still no parts. I have contacted them various times throughout but all i get is empty promises. the parts I still lack value about $3500 so i can't just go on with life and let others get into the same situation. I have pictures and documents to prove my experience so CONSIDER YOURSELF WARNED!

    *** contacted me to say that they had the ***************** w/flare for my **** Dodge Dakota in white. Perfect! I ordered on 12/20/22 for $520. On 01/07/23 received flare only, shipped from a salvage yard a little over an hour away from my home. I called to report the error and said I would drive to **************** to get fender, which I did. Miscommunication between APS and salvage yard as to what was needed. My only disappointment is that I was refused a partial refund of the shipping charges since I went to pick-up part myself. But, that was my call. I could have waited for them to ship and chose not to. ***** was a great help in facilitating communication with **************** to get me the correct part I needed. Thanks!
