The customer is correct, we did have issues with the original crew that we sent to perform her roofing project. As soon as the issues were discovered we fired the entire crew and sent one of our other highly trusted crews to correct the mistakes the first crew made. We also performed drywall repairs where water damage occurred to include cleaning the cavity in the ceiling with an antimicrobial agent and reinsulating. The area has been dry since. I have been to the property on numerous occasions and there are no signs of mold.

What I believe to be the issue at this point is that the customer wants to be reimbursed for a couch and new flooring she purchased. She said she purchased the couch and new flooring due to dust residue from the drywall project. I was not informed about this until after the couch was purchased and flooring was installed. Had I been informed I would have happily had the couch and carpet professionally cleaned, which would have been more than adequate. I have had meetings with the customer on several occasions and informed her that I will pay her what it would have cost to clean the carpet and couch. Aside from that we have followed through and taken care of any issues that have come up.

    To Whom It May Concern,
    FEB 28 2023 1
On Feb. 23rd I received a letter from BBB stating that since I had not responded the complaint has been resolved. This was the first communication I have received and so had assumed he
blew the BBB off the same way he did the Attorney General's office. Had I received this information I can assure you I would have informed you the complaint has not been resolved and given what that co. did probably never will be. The Attorney General lawyer said they couldn't make him respond and I should sue. I am 80 yrs.old and feel scammed by M****. They did significant damage to my home and some furniture. Anyone who has read my documentation feels something should be done. I am too old and tired to sue and they certainly have not tried to rectify the damage they have done. If he said that he is not telling the truth.
They were knowledgable & I was assured they were knowledgable & Certified in TPO roofing A friend (roofing inspecter) said it looked
like they had no idea what they were doing. After I told him about the huge au bubble resenta man out and he simply glued a bit of roofing material over it. Finally came out's put vents in rooting-not ideal after as it should have been dere dening
rooting Man from ********* said there was probably Mold under the roofing and not send on the softer the core see

If you have read the paperwork I mailed to you it should be obvious that M**** was responsible for major damage to my home, flooring, and furniture. His response to the furniture issue was that I should have it cleaned. It was full of gooey brown liquid and parts of the ceiling that fell off as well as asbestos in the popcorn ceiling. Of course, M**** said there was no asbestos in these old ****** homes. The man from pro-serve said there was and when I called ****** they said it would be best to test it. When the wall in the hallway started splitting down the middle he said it was just an old house. This was after the 2nd major leak and he sent two men out to cut out part of the ceiling. They had no idea why they were here and as a result did not have proper tools so they were pounding on the wall for quite some time resulting in the damage. I paid $120 to have the wood on the garage door because I didn't know they had billed my ins. For it. Paid $125 to a man to fix my coolers for winter. Due to the fact that M**** had filled the cooler vents with something he couldn't do any thing except cut one vent on the smaller cooler and of course it was the wrong place to cut and he still wanted his his $. I cut down on the amount of documentation that I sent but there is certainly more description of all the issues. I can't even discuss the mold issue as it's too upsetting. Interestingly enough the amt. billed to insurance doubled for many issues after the 2nd huge leak they caused.
As I stated before I never received anything from BBB regarding this issue until Feb. 23, 2023.
