This company has sent me three shipments of CBD gummies that I did not order. I was looking at their website in August 2024 and had an order DENIED twice. I then decided not to pursue the order. When I researched them, I saw all the complaints against them on the BBB website. The company called me twice afterward to try to complete my order, but I refused. Somehow they completed an order for me through my credit card company fraudulently. i reluctantly accepted the first order (my bad), but after I received a second unwanted order of two bottles in September 2024, I disputed the charge with my credit card company. That dispute is ongoing and now they have shipped me a third unwanted order of two bottles, which I received today 11/2/2024 Please note that the same company has multiple websites. They are also called Earth Life Hemp on a different website, and they charged to my credit card under that name.Review from Debbie S

This company is a ****! I ordered cbd gummies after watching an ad on tv. "Buy 3 get 3 free". That's what I chose. They charged over $200+ me for ALL SIX BOTTLES! Never any luck talking to anyone. They deliberately put me on hold and left me there for over an hour, then the line went dead. I was just charged the same amount as if I'm on a subscription! I NEVER agreed to it! How do you get out of this cycle of being scammed?! My bank won't even touch it since I used a credit (not debit) card. Buyer beware!Review from Karen R

I ordered 6 bottles of the gummies at $239.95 on Sept. 13, 2024. Was talked into ordering the oil at $59.99. I said I don't want the oil. They said it works better with the gummies, and they gave me 50% off the oil. I asked at the time is there a guarantee to return if it doesn't work or I don't like it. They said yes, ***** days. So I called today, Oct. 7, 2024, and talked with ********. She kept offering me 35% off, I said no. Then 50% off, I said no. Then 65% off, I said no. I want to return 5 unopened bottles of the gummies, and 1 unopened bottle of the oil. She said to return the 5 bottles it would be $8.95 per bottle I would have to pay to return. I told her that was ridiculous. She said she couldn't do anything for me, and hung up! I called back immediately, and got ****, who got my phone number, and then didn't say anything else. I asked, are you still there? He said, yes, and didn't say anymore. After waiting for 2 min. of background noise (Other people talking loudly), I hung up. I am so disgusted. I then sent an email to both: support emails complaining of their return practices, and would like to resolve their guarantee.Review from Nancy S

I ordered two bottles thinking it was $39.99. When my order was completed, I realized that I had been billed for over $300. I ordered on a Saturday. Their customer service number said that they were only available M-F. I called Monday to cancel my order and was told that you have to cancel within 2 days, even though you cant reach them on weekends. They kept offering a lower price but would not listen to my request to cancel. I canceled on my credit card site. They did not accept the fact that I could legally cancel within 3 days.Review from Mary G

I ordered 2 bottles of TetraBlisss at a cost of$39.95. I was billed for 6 bottles and 2 bottles of oil which I did not order. $239.99 and $59.99. I called customer support and tried to cancel my order. They were unable to ******* order number is*********** ******* **** ********* *********, P Thank you! Hope you can help others from being scammed by this company.
