I ordered and paid for one month's worth of product from this company to give it a try. I never gave any authorization for auto payments nor did I receive any notice that auto payments would be withdrawn on certain dates. They withdrew money from my account in the amount of $199.88 in March, April and May. I have been searching since March to find anything that would give me a company name/phone number to cancel this product. There was never any identifiable information on the small slip included in the package sent for a person to call or email to cancel. I have contacted the company through email that I found on the BBB stated website and am now waiting on a reply. I requested a full refund for the 3 unauthorized months. I am also contacting my bank.

I signed in for a free sample but never signed up for a subscription with the company. They charged me on 7/15 $59.99 and 199.88, then again on 8/14 $199.88 again, and then continued doing it every month until March, when I found out. They used " healthcare" to describe the item and******************* ******************* which were misleading names. I moved from the address where I was living in *********** **; to another address in the same city, notifying the ** ****** ******* of my new address, I never received a forwarded packages to the new address, and the company kept billing me. I called the company at the listed number and they said that they could not refund me my money back, they only offered to refund me 50% of the last monthly billing. They said that I accepted a free sample and then billing started. After explaining to them that I never subscribed for any plan, they tried to charge me again (double) the next day ( March 20th). I complained to my credit card company disputing those charges. Due to credit card policies, they could only go back six months (October). In less than a week the dispute was solved and only the six-month charges were refunded to my credit card. The company e-mailed me notifying me of the 6 refunds and left a contact in case of questions " ******************". I called them again asking for a refund for July and August, they said: "You have to check with your bank" Of course they know that the bank only disputes up to 6 months back. This company got me into a subscription that was not established, they use different names, list charges under misleading letters and numbers, and they know that they were charging without authorization, the reason for which they refunded 6 charges back to ********. I request the total remaining refund of July and August $59.99, $199.88, and $199.88 for a total of $459.75. My credit company advised me to send a letter to them to continue disputing beyond 6 months back. Please let me know what Pinnacle Payments LLC decides, to continue further actions

Charges were made to my bank account on August 4, 2023 for 129.88 and 59.99 for items I did not want to purchase. I made contact with my bank and was advised to cancel my bank card due to fraudulent activity and they gave me the phone number to contact the company. (1-855-460-4451). The product was processed and sent to my home address. I contacted the company and stated I did not order the products and wanted information on how to return the products. The products were returned to their fulfillment center at PO Box 152762 in Tampa , FL and on 08/26/2023 an employee signed for the returned package. USPS tracking number for this package is **** **** **** **** **** ** in which I paid 10.65 to return. I spoke with a representative in August and my wife spoke with representatives on September 13, September 26 and October 6, 2023 whom all stated I would be getting a refund in 7-10 days via e-check through my email since the bank card I used was no longer active minus a restocking fee of $20 for a total of 169.87. As of today I have not received a refund and I feel I have given enough time for the company to issue the refund. I would also like to state that my wife was snickered at by one representative on 9/26 when she told him we were going to the county attorney’s office and to the county sheriff’s office to file a report. Even if this was a legitimate purchase which it was not the company states on their website they have a 30 day money back guarantee. It has been well over the 30 days and I would like a full refund. The reference numbers given for the refund are ******** and RMA# *********.
