The customer service is outstanding: they take the time to answer questions, do price checks, special orders, etc. The prices are competitive, they either have what I need in stock or they special order. I love that the are local. They are not only distributers, the **** is made onsite and they will formulate your glaze recipes. Everything about NmClay is amazing!!

I placed an order with the online Duncan Paint Store. I received an email that that had received my order but no product until I eventually called them. I talked to someone who was responsible for shipping it out and they told me they had sent me an email they were out of the product ( I didnt get that email ) I asked to speak to her supervisor and someone who introduced himself to me as head of accounting come on the line. He found some product to send out to me and said he would check the sales persons computer to see if there was any email sent out. I ended up having to call him later and at that time he volunteered he had not had a chance to check her computer yet to verify that an email had been sent. Later when I pressed him on that point by email he responded it was against policy to check other people in the companys email- he had been described to me as her boss. I ask to speak to the owner and was told he wouldnt receive my call. Latter I did speak to the owner and came away feeling he was not interested in providing service but only interested in how much money he made. If you have a choice and I would say you do, my advice would be stay away from this business!!!New Mexico Clay, Inc. Response

Duncan went out of business, caused us a lot of supply issues, i believe the customer got what she ordered and my staff went the extra mile to help her. Her order was placed Friday Aug 26 2022 and the order was shipped on 9/1/2022. 3 working days later.
