Very dirty place. Trash bags of clothes everywhere !!!! I'm sure its a safety hazard how many bags are everywhere. Some of the aisles you can't even get 2 people in.

We are so sorry! It caught us by surprise too that both Saver's and Goodwill decided to send everyone to us with baby clothes and furniture. In addition, people are driving all the way from **********, *******, Grants and all over ********** stating they have no other choice. In 45 years I have never seen anything like it. I have hired 3 more people (at least temporarily) that are helping us catch up but we can not afford more than 23 employees. Everyone is working so hard right now to reduce the amount of in-coming at the same time we are trying to process, price, and get the incoming back out on the racks. We should be better in the next two weeks and we are very sorry for any inconvenience to the customers we very much value.Review from Leandra m

I think this place is very unprofessional they are very rude they talk about there customers families then try to turn it on you saying your the one who has an attitude!! And is confrontational the owner ******* goes off she/he said!Review from Joe N.

This is a sad and upsetting review, I have been a LONG time customer at *********************************************, and I would like to say the owner got a little Two comfortable with me and the way I was treated, I have always had total respect, for this woman, and she totally disrespected me with the choice of her words, Im a concerned parent for a employee there and we asked for a reasonable accommodation form so my child doesnt have to struggle, I was told, when someone has disabilities, that the disabilities leave on their own and there was no need for this form.. Im kinda shocked.. and surprised, about how many times I have asked and still got nothing in return, instead I was told I better not Bring this up again to her attention.. Im sad to say I will not be shopping again in this store againOther Mother's Response

**** was the mother of an adult (23) employee we had that was showing up late daily and calling in several times a week. When he received a write-up for said infractions, she said we had to accommodate him and his disabilities. Something about a form was said once, and it turns out they needed to provide us with documentation for his disabilities (not the other way around). Once we had that information we did accommodate him with a no time-constraint schedule, but eventually he was only showing up for 10 hours a week (he was hired for 30 and nothing wad disclosed about his disorders when hired). When the company policy for everyone who wasn't a full- time student needed to work 25 plus hours a week. He then stubbed his toe at work and fractured it. We accommodated him with a sit-down job. They applied for both ********* compensation and unemployment. Both cases were denied as I had complied with the law and had not fired him as he and she claimed and made accomadations for him. After many many mis-representations (actual lies) were said by the mother **** even to my family members, and she was asked to not interfere, she said she was not coming back to the store. She was never banned at that time but months later she asked if she could shop again with us. We understandably told her no.
