            I went to one of the Wendy’s here in Albuquerque New Mexico the address is 1012 Juan tabo Blvd Ne on march 22 for a burger and two orange shakes only I never received the shakes they attempt to give me two chocolate shakes I told them no I don’t want that I want what I paid for the gentleman at the window rolled his eyes and slammed the window shut he didn’t even attempt to tell me about my refund for my missing items and I’ve attempted to contact the store manager and it’s like he’s ducking my calls there’s no getting a hold of them this is unacceptable i was charged for something I never received I gave them 7 to ten business days left my number to be called back and nothing I got the hamburger but no shakes it’s not okay to keep some ones hard earned money like Wendy’s had done it may be for a couple of dollars but it’s the principle be hind the fact that this company has stolen my money from me and refuses to refund my missing money from a order I got incomplete and that gentleman at the window was/is extremely rude and disrespectful I’d rather do my business else where if not resolved
