I came to UPS Store #0105, 933 San Mateo Blvd NE, Albuquerque, NM 87108 on August 2, 2024 to ship a very important box with full of contents that was worth$500 plus dollars. I was charged: Next Day Residential --155.48Saturday Delivery.  17.25Fuel Surcharge.  29.36CMS Processing Fee. .22 TOTAL 202.31THE package should have arrived in Arlington Texas on Saturday, August 3 by 12 noon. The recipient did not receive the package until Tuesday, August 6, in the evening.  The majority of the product was destroyed as there should have been 9 jars, only 5 were received in a different packing because 4 of the items were broken.   I came into the store on August 20, 2024 to file a claim.  I was told to file the claim there, sign it and i would receive an email regarding the status of the claim. After 10 minutes, I returned to the store and asked for a copy of the claim and the estimated time i would expect to hear from UPS or whomever.  The young man told me that i would get everything to my email.   I cam to the store on November 21st and inquired about the claim that was filed in August, only to be told that the previous staff and management had been dismissed.  There is no record of a claim filed.  I asked for a copy of the invoice, I received the shipping details sheet only to discover that the billing said it was a company account (prepaid) ??  I have the actual credit card transaction for this service.  The tracking number  can no longer be tracedVery disappointed that UPS and this UPS store has gained the reputation of possible fraud, theft and embezzlement along with the service paid for is dismissed.

    To Whom It May Concern:
I received full resolution from the UPS Store in the complaint.  Please remove my complaint from the BBB document.
There has not been a complaint through the Better Business Bureau that did not have an impact, it is certainly beneficial.
    Thanks,
