    On 03.15.23 our home was delivered to our land and set up with a foundation. On 05.09.23 the ** ************ **** ******** inspector failed the inspection of the home due to the placement of the house. Per the state requirements the home is to be placed at least 5 feet way from the edge of what I call the "pad". The house was only placed at most 2 feet away. The state inspector required a compaction test to be preformed by a state licensed engineering company. The home had to be removed from it's original location and a compaction test was completed and met the necessary requirements needed by the state. The house now has to be moved back to the "pad" in order for the electricity, septic and water to be reconnected. I called Repo Depot multiple times the week of 07.10.23 and received no response. I reached the scheduling representative on 07.17.23 and was told they are booked out until the 1st week of August and they can't schedule me at this time. I've asked to be placed on a cancellation list and was told they will call me but can't make any promises. I've emailed requesting to be scheduled ASAP and was told they would call. I've also asked to speak with the schedulers supervisor and was told I can't talk to anyone but her the scheduler. Repo Depot has been paid for the home by the mortgage company and I owe them nothing. I have been paying the mortgage company for this home since May and I still don't live in it. I did reach out to the Mortgage company and they did make a note in my file of what is going on currently and my not being able to live in my home. I just need my home placed back in order to have the foundation placed, skirting completed, electric water and septic replaced and an inspection done in order to begin to move into my home. I am at a loss and don't know where to turn. Thank You

    I bought a mobile home in June 2022 and I bought it from Repo Depot I have had trouble ever since I bought it. First delivery of my mobile home did not happen till 2 months after I purchased it, I had to get contractors for all the utilities to be connected which I did and they were supposed to send in the contractors to the inspector to schedule an appointment for an inspection which has not been done, also I have been calling for 2 weeks to see what is going on and they will not call me back and the Manager *** continues to say I have to speak to someone else and I never get a call back. I have been trying to get the title to my mobile home and still have not got that either. I purchased my mobile home in June and still have not moved in it because of all the issues. I pay 550.00 a month for a space has paid that since July even when the mobile homes wasn’t up there. I have tried to call and get things situated but nothing seems to be happening. Just need assistance to get things right and done correctly.
