    Quality does not live up to its name. ****************** does not keep appointments even when you make one. They will let you know after the fact that this was only an appointment to drop off your vehicle off. Afterwards it will takes about 5-7 days for them to even look at your vehicle. When you call to check on it they give you the run around. They do this every time you call as well. The service department is very unprofessional, they tried to blame us for a transmission issues and told us it was a preventative maintenance issue when it was under warranty and we hadn't hit the ****** miles recommended service mark.Instead of replacing the transmission we were informed that they could find nothing wrong with it. This was after they had told us that the transmission fluid was dark and metal shavings were on the magnet and in the pan. They instead did a flush without our permission and charged us.Long story short they told me my vehicle would be ready by a certain time and when we called to let them know you are on your way to pick it up, they inform you that its still not ******** NOT TAKE ANY VEHICLES TO THIS FACILITY EVER!!

    ************************** was called 09/09/2024 to go over his concerns. We talked about the appointment date for the truck to be looked at. The truck was dropped off by one of his employees. We were told that ************************** would be out of town for 2 weeks. i did apologize for the delay and misunderstanding. We did not charge him for the service done to his truck. I did offer to help him in the future if he has any concerns.

    ************ did a bait and switch. In April I test drove a 2023 GMC ****** ****. I was led to believe that was the same truck ***** was going to order for me. The only difference was I didn't want a 4x4. I waited almost 5 months for my truck. It finally came in September 4th 2023 and was NOTHING like what I ordered. It was a base model **** no keyless entry and there wasn't an extra step on the Tailgate to name a few things. I was promised rebates that didn't happen. The final draw is he posted an agreement on FB with all my personal information ie full name and address. I want buyers to be aware of the dishonesty and they do the classic bait and switch. This is a very shady dealership that allows the sale people to conduct themselves in a very unprofessional atmosphere.

    we pulled your ordered on your vehicle and everything was ordered just as your requested. The multi-pro tailgate was not available at the time of your orders. The time frame for your order was 3-4 months as per notes in your deal jackets. Vehicle arrived in that time frame. Your budget with also to be under 50k with TT&L. When ***** showed you your ordered unit, you were not happy, so ***** showed you a SLT but was in the price range of 70k and not in our budget. ***** was able to also assist you with family pricing and all applicable rebates, since you are related to him. We do not bait and switch and never sales a customer want they do not want. . At our dealership we pride ourselves in straight forward, no nonsense, and transparent dealings with our clients.     I made an online purchase from gmpartsstore.com, which I later discovered was operated by Quality Buick GMC , located in *********** **. I paid $2.93 for quantity of (10) m6x1x16 rivnuts, and $11.15 for a quantity (10) m6x1x25 head torx screws, as indicated by the picture provided in their advertisement. One would be lead to believe this is the quantity as there is nothing else indicating the amount of items purchased anywhere else throughout the transaction. Shipping was $6.40, which came to a total of $20.48. Upon receiving my shipment, I opened up the package and discovered that I had been charged a total of $20.48 for one rivnut and one bolt. Obviously upset, I followed the directions for returns as provided on their website, and contacted their email. As of 6/25/23, I have sent them three emails with no response. I have looked into their company and seen several complaints about not responding to customers when they request a refund. They hide their true identity through their website as there is no information linking gmpartsstore.com with Quality Buick GMC, unless you do some investigating. Their policy states you have 30 days to return the items purchased. I believe that their conduct is based on deceptive advertising. Once they have your money the will not contact customers in a timely manner, if at all. This is intentional and done to scam customers out of their money.
