Buyer beware! This company does not issue refunds. I need to cancel my subscription due to hateful, homophobic content that they continue to publish as news. I'm paid until next year but the only option they gave me was to donate the refund or keep receiving the paper until the next year.

I subscribed to the Journal for election coverage and fact checking of political advertisements. Their election coverage was poor at best and they made no attempt at fact checking political advertisements. I got most of what I was looking for at tv Websites **** and ****. Needless to say, I was eager to cancel. They do not appear to have a click to cancel function. I tried contacting their circulation phone number *************) and was never able to get through to cancel. I finally got an answer using the number listed on BBB website *************) and was able cancel. This is an example of shoddy a business practice. If they don't want people to cancel they should improve their newspaper, not make customers call them. They did not show any obvious path to cancellation on their website. This is addressed by *** in a press release today (***************************************************************************************************************************************************************). Unfortunately this is not a requirement until published in Federal Register (180 days from today). I am only giving them one star because I have to select a star rating to submit this review.
