Excellent support to amend my revocable trust and provide some guidance in distributing trust assets after I die. I appreciated the guidance and felt much better after I left. I have used ***** and team to take care of my trust and other legal issues and I am always 100% satisfied. I would highly recommend her and her team of outstanding lawyers!

I would highly recommend the Law Offices of Erika E. Anderson for any of your needs with regards to *****, Trusts, Quit claim deeds or Probate, to have everything in order in the unfortunate event of a passing or to prepare for that eventuaul day coming. I was helped by ******* J. ***** who did and amazing Job not only preparing for my mother in laws passing but was a great help after that event took place. He was compassionate after her passing while still remaining professional and timely with getting everthing done that had to be taken care of. Friendly, professional and high quality work. I recently moved to ********** post divorce and needed to update all my end of life documents (Will, Advanced Directives, etc.) The firm suggested I establish a Trust in order to provide a better way to manage assets. I was listened to and the firm asked detailed questions which I appreciate. The process only took a few weeks including notifying the proper NM agencies of the Trust. Kim and Sandra A Our attorney, Mitchel Olson, did a great job of helping us understand our estate planning options and helping us put together a Trust Agreement that included a Durable Power of Attorney, a Warranty Deed, and a Pour-over Will. We met with him several times and corresponded with him by email, and he answered all our questions. He was very professional, patient, and considerate. He took the time to explain each document and to interpret the legal language so that we could understand. He earns our highest recommendation.
