Horrible service charged me 200$ to squirt grease into 2 wheel zert fittings. Didn't winterize it correctly and smashed my door cubby and a gallon of water new in my shower and it leaked water into the shower drain after being winterized. Met with management they were like let us make it up to you. Got 200 back out of the 600 spent. They said they would detail the inside. The lady after was like, we will clean the counter tops. I was like im not here to argue I just want to make sure the work was done right. No coolant in the bathroom sink or the shower. Told them the battery would drop to ****v after charging all day mind you it's under warranty 2/23 is the sticker on the 12v battery. I had to take it somewhere else for a battery test after spending over 600 on a 7 month old trailer. They never cleaned the counters or changed the battery or anything. They had me bring it back so they could park it in the back and not touch it. When I picked it up I had to wait for them to install the battery. After it had been there for 2 days. Because they drug it out back and didn't touch it again. Do not trust this company period!!! I am now taking it somewhere else to have an inspection to see what's really going on.

***** I am truly sorry that you feel we failed you. We did a complete bearing pack on your trailer. I'm not sure how you deduced that we only squirted into zert fittings. My service manager said it was because you didn't see greasy finger prints on the chrome bearing covers. The funny thing is that if we did leave our greasy finger prints there, you would have complained about that, appears to be a no win situation for me. But, nevertheless, my managers saw how upset you were, knowing how important I feel about customer satisfaction, they agreed to refund your $200.00. The other monies you spent on your 7 month old trailer are customer pay requests. Trailer inspections and Winterizing are not warranty items like your review infers. Your battery was replaced under warranty. I'm not sure what you're talking about by having to take it somewhere else for a test as we have the battery manufacturers test equipment. We have a 4.7 star rating due to being an honest and customer caring business of integrity. Again I am sorry you feel your experience was a 1 star and believe it will be best for both of us if you do have your future work done elsewhere. *****Review from Barry H

I have never been exposed to a more enthusiastic & customer centered business. These people have learned the secret to a successful business. Complete and total customer satisfaction!
