i can not say enough good things about this business. Our beloved dog passed away unexpectedly on a Sunday. We called here to inquire about cremation. The person who answered the phone was patient, caring and an abundance of information relayed in the kindest manner. Upon arrival, our pup was treated with dignity, and we were instantly comforted by the overall professionalism of the staff and cleanliness and condition of the business.Upon receiving our dogs cremains a few weeks later, we were amazed at the beautiful box within a velvet bag, an imprint of her paw in a ceramic type plaque, a sympathy card signed by the staff, and a certificate of cremation. It was all in a lovely gift bag.Who ever owns this business has cultivated an amazing staff, and very clearly loves animals and understands their significance in a family. If this is the extra care given a deceased pet, I can only imagine how much effort they would place into an ailing animal to restore them to health. Please patronize this business, it is a gem in our city.

My baby was in a dog fight. I protected her and was at the ** myself but know that she was with my family. Very clean, very timely and extremely persistent. There is no way that my dog could have ended up so infected within 3 days, especially since she was out on pain killers. Yet it would costs thousands more to treat her I lost my baby because they are too busy and just flat out dont care about anything but the money. Then, I had to make the hard call and put her down Ive never done this before and didnt know what to expect. She started putting the stuff into my baby and next thing I know, she hits the ground, on her injured side, drain tubes and all, and I heard her jaw hit the ground.Dont take your babies here if you want them to live.

Absolute h*** pit of dysfunction, do NOT bring your animals here unless both emergency clinics in the region are full. Go look at the Indeed reviews for this clinic and it'll tell you a lot--every single one is a 1/2-star except the two glowing 5-stars obviously left by the co-owners. This is a profit-oriented clinic that seems to be falling apart at literally every point of contact between client and staff. As others corroborate in *********** reviews, this clinic routinely lies to clients that they have called or left message when they haven't. My cat was scheduled for surgery and then randomly removed NOT due to triage reasons (doctor let me know it was due to understaffing, on a night with only 2 ER cases, mine and another's). It took an entire half-day to get through to a doctor for a FIRST update on status/health/food/fluids/etc. Cat was pettily discharged with a transfer refusal when I finally lost patience on Day 3 of no promised surgery and ever-increasing bills. Got him into a clinic in ********* and he was in surgery 3 hours later and have received 4 detailed phone calls in that time span. This place is not just negligent, it is actively dishonest. Every policy is in place to fleece/milk you. I did not find a SINGLE employee here capable of smiling, speaking above a monotone, and giving noncommittal, exhausted answers aside from one chipper front desk gal.I left an extensive timelined review on Yelp under Sin C.

I took my dog to Route 66 Veterinary ** on December 24 because they were the only place open My experience there was absolutely awful! They quoted me $600 and then went over $1000. I felt like I was dealing with a sales person working on commision. I had to tell them 3 times that I didn't want blood work. When the vet finally came in she talked so fast I don't know what she said The cat just needed stitches but I finally agreed on ****** which I felt was outrageous but when I went to pick up my dog they asked for my card which didnt make sense because I gave them permission to charge $830 the night before after talking to the girl at the ** and explaining to her everything I went through she told me they wouldnt do the last charge which wouldve brought my bill to $1400 the next day I looked at my Bank transactions and they charged me an additional $315.00 which I didn't approve

***You would be better off to let your beloved pet die than go here***Horrific experience. I knew I would pay a premium to go to a **** vet, but that didnt matter as long as my dog was taken care of. I took my dog in on Saturday because she was moaning, licking, and repeatedly peeing. They took urine results which they shipped off to a lab. This is fine. The results came in, but no doctor was able to read them and tell me if my dog needed antibiotics. 24 hours, I call, they said they would get back to me with a doctor. 24 more hours, I called again and the same story. 72 hours in and they assured me a doctor would call. There was never a moment any doctor could spend 1 minute to call about my dog over 72 hours? Oh wait they STILL HAVENT CALLED! I paid close to $500 to be ignored.

My husband took our dog in this morning for kennel cough. He had an immune meditated disease that limits what kind of antibiotics he can take. I sent a very informed and specific letter addressing his condition and what antibiotics he can handle without a relapse. Either the vet chose not to read it or decided to ignore it, I didn't just make up this information, it was given to me by a internal medicine vet that is highly accredited and skilled. She sent my husband home with an antibiotic that would be dangerous, I asked him to go back and explain this again which he did. Her response was that was an "overkill antiobiotic for his condition, but that if he was still coughing tomorrow we could call and she would prescribe it. Really????? If he can have it tomorrow, why not today??? I found this to be a really detached and unconcerned answer. Tomorrow is Monday and I can and will call my regular vet who will have no problem prescribing it. Very unhappy and will tell every pet parent I know not to go here.
