see attached My contractor Morgan B**** tricked me to sign the contract for remodeling my house with a really low estimate. I already paid him total 38000. He only did demolition and some dry wall work so far. He told me he has purchased all the materials but I checked at the stores (low's and Floor & Decor) and they showed me the history. He never bought any of the materials he has told me. Right now he is dragging the time with only 2 guys (always been these 2 guys working) doing not important works. l I filed police report and I was told he has few warrants and he is a wanted guy. He can be arrested by any policeman. I need to get my money back and possibly sue him.

Contracted with All In One to build cinder block wall to replace old wooden fence. Owner quoted $4400.00 to build wall and required half up front to purchase materials. Gave owner check for $2200.00. Owner failed to complete work in the time frame he outlined in his proposal so I fired him. Now he won't return my $2200.00. Attached documents outline the endless string of excuses as to why he couldn't perform, text of emails sent to owner, a copy of the cancelled check, and a copy of the invoice. Owner said he mailed a certified check on May 7th, but it has yet to be delivered.

We contracted with Morgan B****, All in One, Albuquerque, NM on June 29, 2022 for home repairs totally $8,000. He completed about 1/2 of the work and never completed it. He also sold us a heating unit for $4000 which we have found out is too small for our home which he never installed. We have found out that he is not licensed to do electrical work. We have been in touch with 5 other people that Morgan has scammed out of thousands of dollars for work that was done poorly or never completed at all. He never gave us an itemized list of the cost for each of the projects he was to complete so it is difficult to know exactly how much he owes us. One of the projects was to refinish our hard wood floors. The work they did was horrible and even though Morgan agreed that they needed to be redone, we never heard from him again. Therefore, we would like for him to reimburse us for the heating unit he sold us ($4000) and $1000 for the materials and equipment we had to purchase to redo the floors ourselves.
