    Don't finance your vehicle from here! I traded my 2 vehicles at Airport Auto for a 2014 **** Escape that isn't drivable since we got it. The last time we went to Airport we wanted to return the vehicle before the vehicle locked up. They told us "its not there problem anymore and that there's nothing they can do with the vehicle". We have to contact Credit Acceptance for the vehicle. And when we traded our 2 other vehicles we couldn't pick the vehicle, they already had it chosen it for us before the purchase. Since we traded in our other vehicles for this new used vehicle, we notice that the **** had problems and we told them the rides we traded in were more reliable than this. We made appointments with Airport but we didn't take the vehicle in due to them saying they could take a look at it but we'll have to charge you $75 every time just for our mechanics to take a look and if they find the problem we have to charge more for the Parts and Labor. Airport was saying there's a warranty still on the vehicle when we were told there's none. I said it a waste of money when they knew something was wrong with it. We have the vehicle parked in the same spot at home since the purchase, we've just been paying for something that isn't reliable. So recently found out that we're being screwed over, lied to and cheated out of our money, we're paying around ****** for a used, undrivable vehicle. It's feels like I'm paying for a brand new vehicle. It's ruining my credit. We found out that the vehicle is only worth ******, I should be at 6 thousand left to payoff. Since we have no help from Airport, We stopped contacting them whatsoever. It's a waste of our time and money.

    We appreciate complaints like these so we can also tell our side of what is going on in the situation. We can understand frustration, but here is what happened on our end.The vehicle was purchased in 2022 and you did sign a contract stating that you had a warranty and this was explained to you at the time of sale. After a certain amount of time goes by we can not pay for failure if you have been driving the vehicle and putting daily miles on it. Since you have purchased it we have scheduled two appointments that you failed to show up for and explained that your vehicle had been driven beyond the mileage and time for the warranty based on the miles you gave us over the phone. You did however bring the vehicle by and drove it in after the missed scheduled appointments demanding we fix it right then. Unfortunately we do have to schedule appointments so we have time to assess and complete the work properly. We are not able to assess any issues when the appointments are missed. Again we understand how frustrating it is to have a problem with a vehicle, and that is why we give discounted customer pricing ( $35.00 off of our normal hourly rate and parts at cost) for any shop work when you exceed your warranty contract. We will never tell a customer that it is their problem. We also cannot fix an issue at no charge that has occurred this long after the sale. When miles are put on a vehicle it causes wear and that is why maintenance records are required for any warranty work. Again, we are here to help but cannot help if the vehicle isnt here for the ************** for the approval, we gave you a few options. These options are based on the bank approval based on the applicants credit history and risk. You chose this particular vehicle and you signed the contracts for purchase. We did replace a battery and water pump in 2023, the water pump was covered by your warranty and we do have signed documents by you when we did the repair under warranty.
