    August 29, 2022 we ordered and paid for a chair from this store. We were told it would be delivered in about 2 weeks. We have not received anything. We have repeatedly gone to the store and talked to the owner, ****, and he tells us to be patient. We asked for our money to be returned, or that the chair be delivered. It has now been 4 months and on Dec 19, 2022,**** used the excuse that it can't be delivered because of the Holidays. We are an elderly couple and think that **** has scammed us. He refuses to return our money or deliver the chair.

    I am so sorry for any inconvenience that this may have. 
    caused. My name is ******* *******, I am the owner of two 
    locations of Santa Fe Furniture, one in Grants New Mexico 
    and one in Gallup New Mexico. **** is the store manager of 
    the store in Grants New Mexico which is where your 
    purchase was made. 
    On 08-29-22, you had placed an order on a flower 
    patterned chair. At the time of the order, the item you wanted 
    had been put on backorder from the supplier. We made it 
    clear that it might take longer to come in. I understand this is 
    not your fault at all, but we are also not at fault since we are 
    stuck with suppliers who import merchandise from overseas 
    and we have to just wait patiently to receive our said 
    merchandise. The problem first started when the coronavirus 
    pandemic hit and even now we are still having trouble with 
    our supply chains. Again I am so sorry for any inconvenience 
    that this may have caused. 
    You purchased your order with a credit card. In 
    December 2022, you had disputed this charge and we 
    honored you by giving you a full refund on your money. Your 
    money went back into your credit card, so as far as your 
    money, we fully refunded it for you. 
    I owe you an apology for this inconvenience and I 
    assure you that no one had the intention of scamming you at 
    all ma'am. Please understand the problems we have been 
    facing with supply chains and the discontinuation of lots of 
    items we have on our catalogs. Thank you for your 
    understanding.
