    My apartment on the date of 12/23/2022 had no heating for approximately 4 months, which I photo evidence of and reported to front end manager the day it went out. I have had 2 cases of mold growth which I reported and did not get taken care of for long periods of time. My girlfriend became sick so I cleaned the mold myself and she became a lot better after. I have had a large leak in my in both bathrooms that started 2 weeks after moving in and I have been living there since oct of 2022. It created mold because of the constant leaking that rotted through the drywall. I have photo evidence of it as well. Approximately 3 days after we were flooded by termites that entered our apartment by burrowing through our wall which they used a ortho bug spray and it took a week for a professional to come properly handle the situation. The corporate manager was called and got the holes cut and plumbers were called and fixed the leaking which started leaking 3 days later. We can’t shower in our apartment because the holes if the drywall gets wet it could cause further damage. We have to travel 30 minutes away to shower every other day. So no heating for 4 months, toxic mold growth, now not being able to bath and termites as well.

    I would like to peruse adjustment for billing because of not being able to shower. We’ve had to leave our apartment because it was so cold making our apartment unlivable at times.

    A review of the work orders submitted and completed showed each item was addressed as well as possible. However, the complainant, ***** ***** and Management met and, per the terms of the Lease, the household is no longer in residency at Park Place Apartments.  The matter is considered closed.
