    Order Time:06/14/2024 12:03 PM Order Number: #************* Ticket Number: #***** SONIC Drive-In Location HOBBS, NM (N. TURNER STREET) Hobbs, NM, 88240 ************  When we went to pick up the order they brought the wrong one to the car at first. When they came back with the "right one" they read it off as it was ordered, but when we got home the bacon cheeseburger did not have any bacon or onions, both of which it was supposed to have. We always order pretty much the same thing every time and it's usually right. When I contacted Sonic and let them know what happened, they said "We’d like to make it up to you by sending you a reward for two Sonic Cheeseburger with purchase to be added in your Sonic App account." I told them I preferred not to have their App because it allows them to track you and to sell your personal information. I asked them to just send me a certificate of some sort instead. They said they understood my concerns about the App, but I never heard from them afterwards. I have attached the related string of emails.

    I connected with the local manager a few minutes ago and everything has been resolved.  Apparently, all of my previous communications with Sonic had been with a national representative at some sort of electronic processing center and the information had not been effectively relayed to the store. Thank you for looking into this.
