    Checked in on Saturday 3/4/2023. The house keepers didn't even come to my room I opened the door and asked to use the broom and the lady said we need to clean the room so to be nice I went and got the towels,wash rags,pillow cases and both sheets took all of them and asked the lady where she wanted me to put them she said to put them in a cart and it took over 8 hours for me to get anything back so I could get some sleep. And now the lady doesn't want to give me my deposit back $75.00

    I apologize for the inconvenience this is caused you My name is ******* ******* I am the new appointed GM of the Big chile inn. I assure you I make no excuses for what happened to you during your stay but I can assure you that things have changed since your stay. I can't provide a full refund for the stay as it was done in a previous system that we no longer use. But I can do is provide you a free night whenever you choose to use it to give us the opportunity to serve you like we should have in the first place. We do sincerely apologize if this is not satisfactory to a full refund but it is the most I could do at this time. I do apologize for previous management but I assure you that is not how we are going to be taking care of things going forward.
