    Ready Set Go picked up my household goods, including government property, at May 8th 2024. I opted for the 1-24 day delivery, and after 8 phone calls I finally received my shipment on June 19th. Upon reception, I noticed my bookshelf and desk were broken and the driver attempted to leave with my $800 Fender Stratocaster Guitar. Additionally, a collector's PlayStation 2 and two collector video games worth approximately $80 each are missing. I have attempted to reach this company 3 separate times to file a claim with Grace and their insurance. No attempt has been made on their end. I am seeking compensation for numerous week delays and damaged and missing/stolen goods.

    My things where moved some of which where broken, and some where lost. I asked them to provide me with a claims form. I never received the company doesn’t reply when u leave messages for the claims form. I need my things replaced, and fixed

    This company is extremely misleading, I've contacted them about my move and any updates. They said they would deliver in approximately 10-14 days. I contacted them during that timeframe and they stated that they had 25 business days to deliver. Granted I did sign the contract stating this but it was once the truck was loaded and they were on their way out of my apartment. The issue I have is that there is no transparency with the process when they have thousands of dollars of personal items. I have contacted the moving brokerage company who has been extremely helpful in this matter to not use this company again as a contractor. They tack on fees for having to bring different trucks, stairs, extra feet that things need to be carried. The workers are extremely nice and it is no fault to them. Hopefully my items will be delivered successfully. But I strongly doubt that Is the case after reading these previous comments

    MOVED FROM NEW MEXICO TO PA IN SEPTEMBER ITEMS DELIVERED NOVEMBER MISSING ITEMS ADVISE TO SEND THEM A LIST OF ITEMS AND VALUES AND THEY WOULD REFUND US. DID THIS IN DECEMBER , NO ONE HAS RETURNED ANY CALLS AND NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE HAVE CALLED A FEW TIME A WEEK. NEED TO GET THIS INSURANCE CLAIM RESOLVED !

    Business stopped answering my calls and texts. When I call from different numbers they pick up calls and again stop answering. This proves they are trying to avoid conversation. Some of my stuff is missing/stolen and I was told that I would get it delivered as it is misplaced. But I am not getting any response to calls or texts from the last two weeks. I paid a total of $6100 but move-in is incomplete. I am at a loss of over approximately $1000 worth of personnel stuff. So I need my money back. Arrange a refund or deliver the boxes within the next few days. I will contact *****/bank to report fraud as well as if there is no response to this email with a proper resolution note that I will have to get with a lawyer to find alternate routes.     Ready Set Go Moving & Van Lines moved items from El Paso, TX to Scottsdale, AZ. There were many issues with this company, however this complaint is focused on the damage to a newer 75 inch LG tv. Directly after the move, the mover turned on the tv after taking out of the box which was packed by the moving co. The tv screen is now dark except for lines on the left from which the originating area for the lines shows where pressure was applied. The movers’ corporate office and owners were contacted about the damaged tv both from their own mover and me, the customer. A claim form was submitted to the moving co per their process, but the moving co has yet to respond.

    see attached 1 - Never received certain products for protection of moving items. Billed for Mirror Box $24, 2 picture books (30) & a special computer $25 This, I believe is FRAUD - billed for items never provided. 2 - Two items never received back. A chair for my computer and a picture, done on a special material - to replace the chair would be like $350 & the picture at maybe $50 both these items noted when our furniture was received.

    The above named moving company picked up my belongings on 3-25-22 in Sante Fe, NM and delivered them to my present location in IL. On 5-24-22 I told the 2 delivery men that the toolbox full of tools was missing. Later in June 2022 when I finalized the unpacking, I realized there was also a missing box of items important to me. I called the company and informed them of the sitiation. I was informed they would send me a claim form, which I never received. I consequently called the company twice-maybe 3 times-but my calls were not answered, nor were my messages returned. A friend in NM called the company 2-3 times on my behalf, but his calls were also not answered, nor were his messages returned.

    I contracted the company to pack and store household items from my home in El Paso, TX in June of 2021. In May of 2022 the household items were delivered to my home in Orlando Florida. There were many items damaged or missing. I filled out the damage/lost items claim for and submitted it within 90 days of delivery. I did not hear back from the company. I sent multiple text messages, emails and phone calls. I got no response over many months of trying. I got a new phone number in December of 2022 and called them again on January 9, 2023 they answered the phone this time and said that they would check with the claims department because the claim should have been finalized in June. the representative stated that they would call me back that day. I have not received a return call or correspondence since.

    Grace gave me the claim form I completed and returned in August 14th. Confirmed she received it and have not heard anything since. She is not answering any calls or texts. Before this issue she was quick to respond so that says alot. Its now November 1st and I have not heard a word. I'm hopeful they will do whats right but so far nothing

    I am rejecting this response because:
    It is an embarrassing offer! The settlement offer is equivalent to leaving a penny on the table to tip a waitress.  You want to settle claim for 124.00 .  My loss was extremely more.
