Car purchased 10/30 The car had not been serviced prior. I drove the car home and could not start it the next day. Needed a battery. Front headlights needed replacing. The @/c went out. I had to on my own dime go to the dealership 1hr away 4 times for different major things. I asked for a list of everything the car was serviced with prior to my purchase. I asked for a list of what they did after. No lists have been given. Took it to my mechanic at ***** to check. The a/c was not checked due to price to check. The rear shocks were found to be leaking. The dealership after another trip said they weren't leaking and provided me with xerox copy of the shock saying they're not leaking. I can see the leak in my driveway. The car had "minor damage" to front left side fender. The fender now is coming off after short freeway use. The ac still works poorly. They were professional at first and now they treat me as a nuisance. I'd like my money back. The only document I have of the issues and their findings are from *****. I still have not received ANYTHING else from the dealership. If I had any documents I'd gladly upload.

    To whom it may concern,
This letter is in response to a complaint sent to you by our customer **** ******** ******, regarding a
used 2010 Honda Civic, brown in color, that she purchased from National Auto Sales LLC on or about
October 20, 2023. We appreciate any feedback from our customers, and we were under the impression
that all of Mrs. ******** concerns were addressed once we completed the work she asked for on her
    used vehicle.
When Mrs. ****** purchased this vehicle, she was aware it was approximately thirteen years old and
was not in “perfect” condition. Mrs. ****** also reviewed the Full ****** Report, NM Attorney General
Paint Inspection, Seller “WE OWE,” and Arbitration Agreement, that she willingly initialed and signed
agreeing that she was aware of the used condition of the vehicle.
Although Mrs. ****** did have an issue with the battery the first night after taking the vehicle home, we
happily replaced the battery for her the very next day, AND as a courtesy helped with a couple of minor
things that she couldn’t figure out about the car for herself while in the parking lot of our business.
Mrs. ****** Claims that She had issues with the A/C not working properly, the shocks leaking, and the
headlights were unsafe to use and that she took the Civic to her “mechanic” at the local ***** where
she was given a list of things that they found wrong with the car. When National Auto Sales LL
purchased this vehicle along with countless others, all the vehicles are inspected from front bumper to
back bumper, inside and out. Any mechanical issues are fixed immediately before they are put on the
    sales lot.
When the vehicle was brought back to us so that we could look at the A/C, we utilized a local company
called **********, as they specialize in A/C repair along with many other mechanical and paint issues.
The technicians there were unable to duplicate any issues with the A/C. On this same day, we gave her a
loaner vehicle so that she would not be without a car as she had errands to do, this was not something
we are obligated to do. When we picked the vehicle up from **********, we paid $102.00 out of our
pocket for them to look at the A/C and “top off” the freon.
When Mrs. ****** asked us to look at the headlights because she was having to use the brights at night,
we replaced the headlight bulbs (and cleaned the glass for her without her asking.) Mrs. ****** was still
    unhappy with the A/C.

When Mrs. ****** advised us that the “shocks” were leaking, as a courtesy we went to her home and
picked up her vehicle so that she did not have to drive to us. Once we got the vehicle to our shop, our
mechanic did a power wash of the area to clean any debris, then made sure to observe the vehicle for
any leaks. After several hours, no leaks were found, and the vehicle was driven back to her home.
As for this complaint, we at National Auto Sales LLC feel that Mrs. ****** has been completely
unreasonable in her demands, unreasonable in asking for a refund, unreasonable in filing this complaint.
The only “demand” that was not met, was the document she requested to show all the work that had
been done to the vehicle. The day that she and her husband came to pick up her vehicle, the document
was ready for pick up, but not given to her, instead a nice polite conversation was had between all
parties and not one word of dissatisfaction about the vehicle, or anything else was mentioned.
Any repairs we did for Mrs. ****** after she drove the car off the car lot were done to make her happy.
Once she knew that she could take advantage of the situation, we feel that is exactly what she did.
I have uploaded the documents that show Mrs. ******* initials and signature acknowledging she knew
she was buying an older used vehicle and no promises for repairs were made. Any repairs that were
made after the sale were not charged to Mrs. ******. We feel we have been more than accommodating
to her demands and will no longer do so and will not be issuing a refund.
    Respectfully,

    ***** ****
