- *Reservations Policy: Reservation confirmed by a deposit at the time the Condo is Booked. (Payment taken automatically for bookings made online) Guest must be at the age of 21 in order to make a reservation.
*Deposits Policy: A Phone Reservation requires a deposit payment equal to 2 nights or 50% of the total, whichever is greater. Online reservations are all 50%. (Visa, MasterCard or Discover accepted). Sorry, no personal checks upon arrival. Confirmation will be sent upon receipt for deposit. (The exceptions are Christmas, Spring Break, Memorial Weekend and the week of July 4th which require a 50% deposit at the time of reservation and the remaining 50% by the first of the month of your stay; EXCEPT July 4th, which must be paid in full by June 15th.).
*Cancellations Policy: Cancellations made 30 days prior to arrival are entitled to 75% refund. Cancellations made with-in the 30 days of the reservation 75% refund only if the Condo is re-booked for the entire stay. **** NO REFUNDS ARE GIVEN FOR CHRISTMAS, SPRING BREAK,MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND OR THE WEEK OF JULY 4TH RESERVATIONS****
*Refund Policy: NO REFUNDS ON EARLY CHECKOUTS OR LAST MINUTE CANCELLATIONS
*Condo Occupancy: Edelweiss Strictly adheres and enforces the Occupancy of each Condo set by the Red River Fire Marshal. Any Violation will be cause for immediate termination of stay, payment and deposit will be forfeited. CHILDEN UNDER 12 STAY FREE! We do count children and infants in the total number of occupants in each of our Condo's by fire code.
*CHECK-IN TIME: Check-in time is after 3:00pm (during high seasons 4:00pm) Check-out time is 10:00am.
*Check-Out Time: Check-Out time is 10:00am MST - A fee of $100.00 will be charge to credit card on file for any check-out past 10:00am MST and $100.00 per hour for every hour there after. In the event you or your party would like to request a late check-out, this must be done in advance and we will do everything we can to accommodate. - Business Categories
