            My experience couldn't be worse. After spending 20k plus my floor is so bad I'm embarrassed. I have listed pictures for you to judge for yourself. I got my floor installed and within 1 month the issues came up. Instantly I let him know and the problems have been ignored. In continuing to look at the brand new floors you can see where there were errors in cutting to which he placed putty in to hide the errors. See pics. I have been fighting Isaac for 9 months to correct the issues to which he has not. He blames everything under the sun for the issues. He has said our shoes catch the end of the wood and pull it, our 3lb Chihuahuas drool/urinate on the floor making the wood move (my dogs have a dog door outside would never happen), that the wood is faulty.... I hired 2 companies to review his terrible work to find out that his install is completely wrong and my floor will have to be ripped up and started over. There is a 2+ inch gap under the baseboards that shouldn't be this big so the wood isn't able to stay in the proper position. Isaac tried to blame water damage (which there is none) so I had a contractor come out with a moisture detector which showed 0. I am currently in the process of filing a lawsuit and disputing all payments made to this company as Issac refuses to resolve. I recommend going any where else. On top of the bad service when I was out of town Isaac decided to show up to my home and let himself in no warning and no knock. The man that watches my house was in shock thinking we were being robbed. Be aware!!! I have a 3k square foot home but here are the examples in just 1 room (the smallest room). I have also included the messages to show that over months and months no resolve.
