    Jeep customer care does NOT stand behind their expensive product. In a recent recall I was without a vehicle for over 4 months forcing me to rent transportation causing a bill of over $10,000 and submitted receipts only to be reimbursed 30% of the expense. ***** from service was helpful but had limited resources. What a blow, Jeep , you need to stand behind your expensive product.!!

    Very poor**** appt on 11/02/2023 for BCM reprogram. I was told it take around an hour. Showed ******************* the diagnostic and she immediately told me she couldn't guarantee it would be fixed since they had not done the diagnostic. My car was in the parking lot for some time without being told it was ready and no communication about the service. The paper work showed they had done s PMC. Called and ***** insisted I had said PMC in which I said no. Told me to take it back and I wouldn't be charged for their mistake. Asked her for paperwork but said I didn't need it. Went back and told her I wanted it. The second time I took my car for BMC it was done in 3 minutes and she insured me it had been done. Paid $236 . Left 2 message to GM ********************************* without a return call back.

    Worst **************** --- Took my vehicle in for recalls and a radio that was functioning but cutting in & out when USB port was utilized. Worst communication ever from a dealership!! Service advisor was not helpful at all and would not speak with me directly, only texted even when I requested a conversation.Dealership held my vehicle for 2 weeks then returned my vehicle with the radio completely broken. The dealership and Lithia as a corporate business promotes "Lithia Cares" campaign which is total hype. Contacted to file a complaint with "Lithia Cares" first and was denied even the curtesy of getting my radio back to the state is was functioning in prior to my visit. Now I am stuck with a 40K vehicle only 3 years old and a broken radio . I will never purchase another vehicle from this dealership nor promote this dealership to anyone!!! If I borrow a neighbors item and return it completely broken, is this acceptable? Their slogan should be "Money" before "Humanity"

    Dealership has had my car since 12/31/2022. The only document I signed was okay to diagnose. Dealership never made agreement with me to work on car. Dealership making agreement with individual that is not even associated with car. Dealership still holding my **** 2018 hostage. When inquiring about vehicle the new manager got rude and advised if I contacted dealership to do so by a lawyer. I have been making payments on vehicle religiously even though I have not had access to vehicle for 8 month. The dealership never offer a trade in nor offered a rental car. When I inquired about either I received a rude response of "What do you want me to do about it". I filed a customer complaint with **** on 7/24/23. I filed a complaint with Lithia corporate on 8/4. I have made every attempt to make situation better but it feels everything is on deaf ears. I contacted my bank so that they could be aware of who they are dealing with NM Eagle advised I have a warranty on the car that is still within miles due to car only having less than ****** miles and warranty is still good. This dealership did not even inquire about warranty. I would strongly advise people to not use them they are operating outside of the law and are acting unethically. I did not want to leave a star but I was required to.

    Service outcome not completed as invoiced. Issues continued. Repair redone once home. I have now paid twice for the same repairs. From my home mechanic, seems the invoiced work was not done. Not just not done correctly, just not done at all. Their service department made promises that they did not keep. I believe this could be considered fraud.

    Took my truck in for service, check engine light, gas cap light. I was told there was more issues that needed to be fixed that totaled an extra 4K! The 3k I spent on it and the gas cap light and check engine light were on within 10?minutes.

    My car has been in their shop for one week now and they have not returned any of my calls to give me an update on my car. I havent received any messages, emails, texts re: the status of my car.

    Lithia Santa Fe is a SCAM do not buy from this dealership. I was sold a ****** Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland that hardly works. Dealership washed their hands with my money and will not return my car. Car is only three months old. Manager was going to trade my car out only to find out I would loose my down payment and my equity on the car I initially traded in. I was not trading in my vehicle for pleasure. I was trading it in because car does not work. ****** dollars worth of SCAM!!!!!! I was trying to be patient and was willing to work with them to help me out but all they want is money and careless if your car works or not. LITHIA you've done me so wrong and I will make sure people are aware of your ugly money hungry deals. I will not mention names because you already know who you are and I am as well.

    Met with *********************** to test drive a Jeep Mojave. Told him that it was significantly low on gas. We then had to drive to a gas station and sat at the pump for 20 minutes waiting for **** to return to the vehicle. At that point we had decided we would rather test drive a Willys. He was insistent that we continue our test drive with the Mojave, without filling up with gas, so we did. On our return back to the dealership, we ran out of gas! A quarter of a mile away from the dealership **** says to leave the vehicle and that well walk back to the dealership. This was an extremely uncomfortable situation and couldve been completely avoidable. I would not recommend this salesman or dealership to anyone!
