            I went to A1 to learn how to drive to get a CDL license. They don't teach anything, they only tell you to get in the truck and practice on your own. When it was time to learn about driving, the instructor told me of i know how to drive a regular car that is a manual I can drive a truck. He took me to the road and told me to drive, but i couldn't. When I told him I couldn't he started to be very disrespectful and saying if he needs to teach me then we should just go back to the school because he couldn't ( the instructor was the owner) i told him I wish he would teach me so I can't learn, he said he wouldn't and that we can't go back to the school so he could give my money back. He never gave me money back. They also many you pay with a money order so you can't prove anything.

            *************** waited a year to file this complaint.  A-1 followed our refund policy and she has no refund coming.  We told her on 8/15/22 that she can continue with our training.  She called 8/16/22 and said she was sick and vomiting.  That's the last we heard from her until now!

            I am rejecting this response because:

            I'm asking for a refund because of the way business was handled. The day that the instructor refused to teach me the cops was called and they have video evidence of how the owner of the business was unprofessional, disrespectful, and was refusing to teach me and told me to leave.

            Attached is some of the text between me and one of the instructor, after the date they informed it was the last conversation.
