I purchased a new 2024 Rockwood Mini-lite trailer in early March 2024. My husband went through the trailer about a week later and noticed it would not stay charged. We sent it to service 10 days after we received it. We went back and forth a few times with the service department about this issue. We have had the trailer in our possession for a total of 2 weeks when the service department asked us to let it sit to see if it would stay charged, which it didn't. We have had the trailer 2 weeks of more than six months of ownership. A month ago they offered us "trade in" value on a trailer that they have determined is defective from the start which was a complete insult. I put $10000 down and have a loan of about $31000. We have spent money on insurance, storage (where it never actually went but that we paid for for 4 months), loan payments and extra principle payments, etc. Yesterday we met with the general manager. He was an hour late to a scheduled appointment with us, claiming he was on the phone with the manufacturer. No apology from him, only excuses. He said they are trying to get a buyback from the manufacturer but no guarantee. In the Michael Hohl RV sales office they have a 30-Day guarantee on their paperwork, and our trailer had a problem within the first 30 days. We continue to make loan payments and have no trailer. We REALLY need help with this.Initial Complaint

Purchase Date. 8/2023 I bought a $350,000+ Motorhome from them. I had it for 3 weeks and returned it for repairs. The dealership had it for 10 months and then shipped it to another repair facility to get it fixed. I simply asked them to reimburse me for the time they had it and they told me they were severing their relationship with me and do not contact them any longer.Business response

Please be advised that Mr.******* is not being entirely forthright in representing the entire situation in its full context.The main reason we severed our business relationship with Mr.******* is because of the threats and the hate speech that he directed at one of the senior managers of our organization.Based on his conduct we will no longer conduct business with Mr.*******.

I am rejecting this response because: Ther were no threats and zero hate speech. Attached is the email so you can review the alleged threats or hate speech. Clearly this dealership and the person that responded to this does not know the definition of threats or hate speech. I'll go ahead and put the definitions down below so everyone knows what they are before accusing people. Everything I said was true and accurate. Just like all companies that wrong their customers and refuse to do the right thing they have to lie to try to keep themselves from trouble. This is the worst company I have ever done business with, and this is the 3rd vehicle l I have purchased from them. Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me, fool me a third time shame of both of us. This could've and would've been really easy for them to take care of but based on other reviews I am not the only one.threat definition

I purchased a used RV from Hohl RV Center on 3/7/22. I paid $3,873.00 for a 3 year warrantee on parts and labor for the vehicle as part of that purchase. (Hohl contracts with Compass to provide the warrantee.) On October 6, 2023 the generator quit while on a trip. I contacted Hohl. They tried to help on the phone but could not. When we returned, I took the RV in to Hohl on October 18, 2023. They could not fix the generator and told me I had to take it to the Cummins Distributor in Sparks, NV. Cummins reported that a part had broken off and fallen into the engine, destroying the generator. They provided an estimate to replace the generator for $6,000. I submitted the estimate to Compass for approval. They rejected the claim saying there were no maintenance records for the generator. I contacted Hohl. They took over and provided the maintenance record for the generator. Compass then refused to pay because there were no subsequent maintenance records. I contacted Cummins. They told me they suggest maintenance every 100--150 hours. Only 40 hours had been put on the generator since the original maintenance, so no subsequent maintenance was due. Yet Compass refused to pay. I spoke with the service manager, sales manager, and general manager at Hohl. All agreed the generator should be covered and promised to escalate the problem to Compass management. They evidently did that, but nothing has happened. I continue to email, call, leave messages and try to spur things along at both Hohl and Compass, but no one is even returning my emails or calls any longer. This has been going on for almost 4 months. I am told I have no standing with Compass since I contracted and paid Hohl for the warrantee. I need to get this RV fixed in the next 3 weeks. I have sent emails to the service manager and left multiple messages for the sales manager and general manager but no one at Hohl will return my calls.Initial Complaint

I purchased an 2022 KZ rv from Michael Hohl 2 months ago. The service department did not do a thorough walk-thru and delivered the trailer without de-winterizing it although I was told by the sales rep that they would. Then we had a leak from our outside faucet that we had not even used due to it not properly being inspected. They sent a service technician out to fix it last week and he tightened it and left. It was still leaking today so I called the service department again and was greeted with attitude from their service department manager, Chablis, would said that they did me a favor by coming out to fix their mistakes but would not do so again. Their service department could have now destroyed our trailer by not taking care of their mistakes. I am beside myself and do not appreciate any type of attitude when I called to ask them to fix it.Initial Complaint

We purchased a Gulf Stream Vintage Cruiser 19CSK VIN # ***************** on MAY 17 2022 from Michael Hohl RV at ***** ****** ****** Carson City NV 89706 (775) 885 1701. We took our new trailer on our first trip only to discover that several systems were never checked and did not work. This changed our plans for a six week vacation and cost us thousands of dollars we never planned on spending. We were left stranded when the brand new brakes exploded and required service stranding us for 3 days. My wife was required to fly home to make it back to work on time. Several of the repairs are still not completed which have left our trailer unusable throughout the last eight weeks since returning from our trip. They returned the trailer with a broken leaf spring and no hot water. The trailer according to Gulf Stream(Lori customer service) should not be driven without a leaf spring replaced. We have written a letter and email several people at Michael Hohl RV about our desire to return the defective unit. We have not heard a thing from anyone. Nothing. Unless we contact them they have not contacted us at all. We need help returning this product and want to enforce the Nevada Lemon Law Statue 597.688. Our contact at Michael H*** has been the Warranty Manger ###-###-####.
