  I found McKay Air Conditioning LLC on Yelp and saw a couple of good reviews and went with him. He installed 3 Samsung Heat/AC units in my cabin that I Air Bnb in South Lake Tahoe a year ago for $11,000. In the beginning, he was quick to show up and fix them. From the start they were faulty. I've had to call him 3 instances in less than 6 months to come and fix them. Every time he has a new excuse on why he can't come and it takes weeks for him to show up. Usually his "car broke down" or he can't find the part that needs to be fixed, or it got lost in the mail or he just says he's coming and doesn't and ignores for days. Systems are under warranty, so it's a free fix, but he usually doesn't show up cuz he won't make money off warranty installs. I had to finally pay a legit company to fix his mistake and that was $3,100 out of pocket. He also randomly "sexted" me thinking I must've been his girlfriend, it was so gross. He also talks to his customers extremely rude. I have texts of me asking him when he's coming and his reply is "Are you insane, you don't hear too good, I said I'll be there Monday" then doesn't come... or "Did someone burn you so bad I said I'd ****** be there soon" But he's the one that's flaking and "burning me bad"...The final straw was when he finally did show up and I called our cleaners to go check on him and he said "tell your boss she's a bitch and I'm not fixing this" and the left. I see he has another yelp account from Palmdale with bad reviews and he's done this to multiple people. He false advertises, and doesn't do legit work and is basically frauding people and taking their money and never coming back to fix his mistakes from the start. I've had to refund our Air Bnb guests multiple times for our AC not working in 90 degree weather, thus losing money for our business. i will attached the invoice & receipt, let me know if you need text message evidence as well. His business needs to be shut down immediately! ********  **********
