            I have to say my experience with Art Brokerage was absolutely amazing and the process seamless. While I was initially nervous spending so much with an online vendor, they highlighted condition issues with my first choice of art work, they worked as negotiator between me and the seller on my final choice, provided comfort at every step and the shipping of the large format painting was the most professionally wrapped and secured I have ever seen, especially for an extremely reasonable (cheap) shipping rate. In short, job well done and I will use them again. DMR

            I was searching for a specific artist’s painting but that proved challenging, as traditional galleries in New York and abroad offered only expensive options. However, this situation changed when I discovered Art Brokerage and established a connection with Helen. Art Brokerage not only had access to multiple works by my desired artist but also provided an easy bidding process that significantly reduced the cost of acquiring a piece compared to my expectations. Helen’s great communication throughout the transaction made me feel comfortable at every stage. The artwork’s delivery was meticulous with careful packaging and prompt shipping.             I have sold over 30 pieces of art through Art Brokerage over 20 years. I have worked with several of their brokers to close deals and have found them to be helpful, diligent, and professional without exception. I have the utmost confidence in their organization to negotiate a fair deal. They let you set your own net price but let you know if it is unrealistic for the prevailing secondary market. You can always reject an offer you don’t like. I appreciate how they present the work professionally and negotiate with buyers. It feels good when the buyer and seller both think they got a good deal. They take care of all the shipping and insurance. All I have to do is pack the art and get paid. Nice!. One time I had a print damaged in transit and Art Brokerage handled the insurance claim (it was high-priced and the insurance did not want to pay). They got me paid and the buyer reimbursed. A+

            I found them to be self serving and more interested in making money off me rather than helping me sell my art work. They called me rude and angry when I refused to discount my art work price, so they could make money with no regard for the quality of the art or artist. I would not use them u der any condition.

            We’re very sorry this customer was not pleased.  We do our best to explain that the art market is incredibly difficult worldwide right now, and that their Art has aged out over the years, and old prices are no longer relative. It is unfortunate that people want to “kill the messenger.” People get very upset when they are told that the artwork is not worth what they thought it was. We try to provide a free and honest platform so that people who really need to sell and get the help that they need.
