I hired this company to remodel my cabinets throughout my entire house. They were easy to work with and prompt. From a distance, everything looked fine, but on further inspection, the work and materials were subpar. The floor tiles they replaced were so uneven that I was injured on them. There were nails sticking out in the far back of the cabinets that tore my hand when I was cleaning as it was dark and I didnt see them. Screws were left sticking out and very sharp, glue was visible on the seems, shelf pins were so loose that the shelves fell when anything was put on them. When I tried to replace the pins, the shelves fell on my head. Chips in the cabinets were only painted, not repaired, so I have cabinet colored chips that peal and cause splinters when wiped. It is dangerous.

In regards to the complaint most of the things in the pictures have already been corrected.

1- the flooring did not need to be added based on the original design but she made a change and I offered at no additional charge to have someone place the 2 tiles. She purchased thin set that was expired and the thin set never dried so the tiles moved. I paid again for someone to go again and put the tiles. We believe someone stepped on the tile and it moved she said it was not straight and we sent someone a 3rd time to put the tile again at no charge to her.

2-The screws were removed or adjusted after she mentioned it

3- The silicone that was in one of the pictures Can be covered with a finish Moulding if she would like us to do that.

4- She mentioned that the shelves had fallen on her and after inspection we noticed that there were boxes and bottles that were too tall to fit under said shelves. We believe she tried moving the shelves with things on them. We adjusted the pins to a higher level. One pin was not working properly. We offered to change it and she said that she did not trust the pins and so we offered to change most of them. We did change them.

5-Regarding The edge of the lazy ***** that she was peeling, it has to be in a pac man position for the door to close properly. Most likely they must have tried to close
it and scratched the edge with the door. The basket that goes with that cabinet is originally metal but she wanted it to be wood.

We are open and willing to correct the items that she feels have not been corrected. We have also mentioned this to her.
