    I ordered a set of 4 LumiGard solar powered motion lights for my backyard. I also paid extra $14 for lifetime warranty on the lights. In the last few months, one of the lights has quit working. I have tried the email and phone numbers on my receipt and nothing neither go through. I would like a replacement light since I paid for the warranty.

    I bought 2 emergency power LED EBulbs that are rechargeable for emergency use. Last week I needed to use the bulbs for an emergency power outage for the first time. The bulbs had been charged for at least 8 hours prior to the emergency. The bulbs did not work. I am trying to get ahold of Boundery LLC to see if they stand behind their product or will send me replacements or a refund. The company seems to hide behind ****** and I have not been successful in contacting the company. I just want to be able to talk to someone. Im wondering if they are marketing a poor quality product online.

    I bought these off internet sometime ago and I have only had to use once for a few minutes. This wk I needed them again and the charge was down so I charged for eight hours as instructed but after charge only 1 out of 3 worked on the attachment provided I dont remember what I paid or who I bought them from but I would like for them to be replaced as they have never been used.     I purchased a half dozen bulbs in Dec, 2020 and they worked just fine for the blackout we had, maybe a year later. Two days ago I wanted to demonstrate to my daughter how they worked, and they didn't turn on using the separate switch. I thought maybe the ones in constant use were the problem, so I got an "unopened" one and screwed that into an active light, waited a couple hours, and it did not work as an emergency light either.How long are they guaranteed for? I'm disappointed they have failed to work as advertised.Do I have any recourse after this length of time.

    I ordered a mosquito bulb in May. In July I contacted customer service. They got back and said it was lost in the mail and would remail it. Its august and it isnt here. I emailed asking for a refund and there has t been a reply from customer service since July.

    Boundery advertised a sale of buy one Cameo Cup for ***** dollars, get one free. I had purchased many of their products previously so I purchased many cups. The *********** settled on 85 Cameo large cups. I have not gotten them to this day. Now one of my daylight bulbs have gone out. I was reluctant when purchasing so many of these bulbs. I gifted many incase we are without electric like for the two floods. I need to send one back so far. I need to settle with ******* because it's too much stress on me.

    In May, 2021, I purchased some EBULBs from your company for $170.25. They no longer work as advertised (****** hrs bulb life) and will not recharge, rendering them useless in a power outage. I bought 14 bulbs bringing the cost to over $12/bulb. I can buy LED bulbs for $2 each. I would like a full refund for this purchase. The transaction was made through PAYPAL.     I bought some outdoor lights with a lifetime warranty replacement for life ( $14.99 for life replacement). I contacted them about one light that was not working and was requesting a replacement of one light. I have been emailing them for the past 2 months and I have not received a response. This is unacceptable on their part when they say it's unlimited replacement when you pay for it. Either I get a full refund from them or a warrantied item from them, as so they state when we, as a customer, pay for it.
