            Absolutely terrible costumer service. I cancelled my subscription, had proof of cancellation and I was still charged a month later. It is impossible to speak to a human at this company. They send automated responses via email, they don’t provide answers, and they do not answer the phone. They have hours they are open but they never actually are. You can leave a message but they don’t call back. Extremely frustrating situation that could have been easily handled with proper costumer service. Terrible company.

            I have been using their product for 2 years and love them. They don't leave a residue in my machine or on my clothes. They clean well and clothes smell great out of the dryer.

            I just started using these products and I love them. Their bags are amazing. My favorite is their trash bags. I also by mistake, ordered the product twice. I texted them and explained the situation and they responded almost immediately. I highly recommend these products.

            They are an excellent choice over ziplock. I can store spaghetti sauce and sandwiches. They come in all sizes, snack, sandwich, and gallon. Sturdy construction.

            So far so good. Really like the products. Only gave 4 stars because I need these tested by the Environmental Working Group to make sure they are what they claim. No where on their website or their packaging does it say what these are made of. And why only compostable in a commercial facility?

            I was quite surprised after washing my first white batch. How much cleaner and whiter than with the detergent that I was using. Second batch was a colored batch of clothes. Nice. Brighter again I was truly surprised.

            We love the Cleanomic wash sheets to clean our clothes. They are so easy to use; just pull one of the wash sheets out of the box. They are very thin and about 6" x 4" in size; and we don't have to dispose and fill up the environment with huge plastic detergent tubs. I highly recommend them.
