IT IS A SCAM! Like so many other reviews, they guaranteed our company 60 appointments for $6,000 over the course of 3 months. It has now been 6 months, we have received only 8 appointments. In addition, the multiple $1,000's spent on ******** ads/marketing were cookie cutter and practically nonexistent - I personally had to make posts to even have it look legitimate. When we asked for only $4,000 of the $5,200 owed to us via the contract, they said they sent it. We waited the ***** business days, and then started trying to get information. My husband called and texted multiple times with no response, and when we did get a text from the owner, *****, it was "everything ok?" And "I'll call you back," and then if we missed the call, we never could get him again. Finally we received an email stating a refund of $2,500 was being processed and to wait ***** days again. We did wait again, and nothing happened. With false promises, no communication, and being lied to, this company has scammed our small business that we are working so hard to grow. We even met ***** and his wife when in ********* in June, and he PROMISED ** personally that he would look over our account and reassured us that he was honorable for the contract. We are so disappointed and disgusted with how we've been treated and lied to the entire time. This company is a scam.

May 16, 2023 I spoke with the owner of Contractor Clinics, *****. Within a week of signing up, I asked for a refund because no services had been provided & we wanted to go with another service we liked better. I agreed to let him keep $500 for his admin costs for 2 phone calls I had with his team that took about 45mins each. He said that was fair and that he would refund $2000.00 of my original $2500.00 deposit. This was back in May 2023 and it's now August 2023 and he is ignoring all my calls and texts. This company is a SCAM! They are not professional and they have no integrity. DO NOT do business with them!

We signed a 90-day agreement with Contractors Clinic to provide us 60 Leads For $6,000.In addition, they also ran for the full 90 days an Ad Campagne on ******** and spent $4,513.30 without discussing a limited budget beforehand. After we talked to them about the surprise with the costly ads, they agreed to send us a refund of $1,000. They told us serval times it was going to be refunded and it was on the way, it never was sent, and we were never given an explanation of why. The Ads were the lowest quality preforming ads that ran in the -28% below average on all of them. Contractors Clinic didn't provide us even half the leads they promised per contract. More than half were no shows or fake names/leads provided. The very last week of the Campagne one of the employees contacted us trying to trick us saying " Contractors clinic needs to be immediately removed form our partnership on the Meta Ad Account, we need resign our BM. Our system was breached"It was a complete setup for E-Z Roofing and Contracting not to follow through with the full commitment of the 90-day contract. They tried to create a fake urgency to remove them which completely voids the contract with no refund on their end. We did not remove them and told them it is an error on their end and to let us know when they fix it. They kept persuring unitl they gave up. E-Z Roofing and Contracting fulfilled the full 90 day commitment per contract. Contractors Clinic is now not answering the phone or providing any resolvement for the large amount money we lost. We feel we are owed all of our money back and this company is a scam.

Before enrolling in our services, the client was fully informed and consented to covering their own marketing costs (ad spend). The ad metrics mentioned by the client are a commonly used visual representation in many of our top-performing ad accounts. However, there is no instance of an "-28%" average, and this figure does not accurately reflect the actual performance.

Despite our repeated communication about losing access due to an integration error, the client declined to provide us access to their assets. Instead, they instructed us to rectify the situation independently, showing no willingness to assist. This action constitutes a breach of the contractual agreement.

Throughout the duration of our service, the client did receive the complete number of scheduled appointments as per the agreement. However, the client only made their initial payment initially, and then deferred their subsequent payment for 60 days despite agreeing to monthly installments. We did extend a $500 credit to their next payment after the 60-day period, but they ultimately did not fulfill their final payment obligation to us.

In summary, prior to availing our services, the client acknowledged and accepted responsibility for their marketing expenses. The ad metrics referenced by the client lack accuracy in reflecting performance. The client's refusal to cooperate and their failure to fulfill payment obligations within the agreed timeframe are notable concerns.

On 3/16/2023 we signed a contract with Contractor Clinic that they would get my roofing company 60 leads in 90 days or we would be entitled to a pro rated refund. During this 90 day period they only were able to get 4 leads in which one wasn't even within our service area. At the end of the 90 day period which was 6/16/2023 we notified Contractor Clinic support on 6/7, 6/8, 6/12, 6/14 with no response or answer until we called and spoke to someone who handles new accounts only. If you call and press 2 for existing accounts/support it immediately disconnects the phone. On 6/16 we received and email from Support asking us to fill out a refund request form which we immediately did and were entitled to a return of $4275 per the contract that was signed at the beginning of the 90 days. At this point we were told that our refund would take 7 - 14 days to process. On 6/19 we received another email asking if we would be willing to accept $4000 as a refund instead of the $4275 which at this point and after reading other reviews and complaints was willing to take the $275 loss to just get my money back. Since this point we have reached out multiple times through email and phone and have not heard a single thing from Contractor Clinic and still have not received our refund which is in the contract and is guaranteed. The owner ***** has been CC'd on some of the emails and there has been no response, all emails have been sent to support with no response and if you call their number no matter what option you hit at anytime of the day nobody answers the phone and it asks you to leave a message for them to call you back. Seems like a way to avoid people looking for the refunds that they are owed.

We used Contractor Clinic (an advertising agency) to help us promote some ads on ******** and Instagram to get leads for about 1 month . They told us they would get us leads but the ads did not perform and we did not get leads so we cancelled our service with them. After we cancelled, we noticed we were getting charges for ads running but upon our review we realized Contractor Clinic was charging our credit card under our account but running ads for other companies, one being a place called "Fairy Garden". I went into our Business Manager Account and was able to pull all invoices from the start when Contractor Clinic was shared access with our social accounts and we have charges for over $3000 for ads they ran for other companies using our credit card. We were able to get our bank to reverse 3 but still have about $2000 in charges we paid and the outstanding balance now sitting on our account from their ads they ran for other companies. We reached out to the business multiple times with no response. I know BBB does not dispute charges so I am requesting contact by the business and this complaint filed. I have requested multiple times for them to respond and sent them all invoices and a spreadsheet of all charges. Thank you.

To ensure a ****************, I strongly advise that you contact ******** directly regarding the unauthorized charges and provide them with the necessary information, such as the invoices and evidence of the unauthorized use of your credit card as those charges are from their platform - not ours. ******** has mechanisms in place to address such issues, including refund processes and investigations into fraudulent activities that *** have been on your account. They will be able to provide you with further assistance in recovering any remaining funds and ensuring the appropriate actions are taken.

Furthermore, I would like to highlight that all charges associated with this complaint have been disputed and reversed by the bank. Given this, I kindly request that the complaint be considered resolved and closed.

Once again, I apologize for the inconvenience and frustration caused by this unfortunate situation. We value your business and the trust you have placed in us, and we are committed to making things right. Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention, and I encourage you to reach out to ******** as soon as possible for further assistance.

I am rejecting this response because: I dont agree with the statement from Contractor Clinic that the charges have all been disputed and reimbursed. That is not correct, we only had 3 charges reversed by the bank and the other charges over $2k are still collected as well as the outstanding balance because of the ads run by Contractor Clinic.

The platform the ads were run on were ******** but Contractor Clinic was managing these ads and using our credit card to pay for them. I can dispute through ********, but Contractor Clinic should be the ones reimbursing me for the charges not reversed by my bank and the current outstanding balance for their ads that were run and still sitting on our overall company account.

The countless emails sent have still not been responded to.

    Sincerely,

    *************************

We were pitched to receive a fixed amount of leads for $6,000 over 90 days. We agreed, signed a contract, and then during their onboarding process we were informed there would be additional costs for ad spend on top of the $6,000. We immediately invoiked our right to rescind within 3 business days of signing the contract, they refused to refund our money, so we disputed the charge with our financial institution and received the money back. Then 3 weeks later we get a call from a collection agency, who we informed we were not paying due to their bait and switch tactics. Then a week later Contractor Clinic illegally and without authorization attempted to process another $3,000 charge on our card.

We (*********************, *************************************************************************) used Contractor Clinic for 90 days and received 4 leads. Per the contract we canceled after 90 days and were assured a $6000 refund of the $7500 we spent with them. Email communication from Contractor Clinic on 2/23/23 (attached to this complaint) assured us the refund would be processed and put back on the credit card in ***** days. On day 20 the refund had not happened and follow up email assured us it was in process. We are now at day 28 and there has been no refund. Email correspondence has been apologetic with no further explanation.

Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention.

We have reviewed your attached email communication with us, and we understand your frustration regarding the delay in receiving your refund or credit with us.

As per the email you provided, you are eligible for a refund of up to $6,000, but it has not been disclosed whether it will be a refund or a credit - nor the amount in which you qualify for based on the appointments booked.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused, and we will escalate this issue to our support team to get the appropriate resolution for you as soon as possible.

My name is ******************************* and I found contractor clinic off ********* When signing up with them they insured I will receive 60 jobs in 90 days but I havent received 1 painting job . When they first started my campaign they where saying was a remodeling service but Im a painting company. *** spent over **** in advertisements and havent got no returns from it. Not to mention the 2500$ to sign up. Ive called them to get these issues resolved and I cant get in contact with nobody. *** asked them to stop running my credit card on ads because Im not getting no results and didnt want to keep spending my money (I HAVE 6 kids) and they kept running my cards anyways. Its been 60 days and I havent received 1 job . This system is a scam and the customer service is non existing. For 4000$ I would think to get one job out of the 60 promised when they took my money. They are advertising my company as the wrong category and I cant get them on the phone.

I hired Contractor Clinic for $6000, with a verbal agreement to their new grantee policy of 60 appointments in 90 days. I asked about the contract that says no refunds and I was assured that the program was new and that contractor clinic would honor their grantee. When the 90 days was completed, I called and asked what happened since we received 13 leads and 3 of them were home. Contractor clinic asked for a 30 day extension which I agreed to, with 0 results. I then called and asked for my refund and I was told that it would be a pro rated amount of $4500, and to look out for an email and a phone call in the next week. I called back on Friday and I was told that due to the paper work that was signed that I was not eligible for a refund. I was also told that I would be sent a copy of the zoom conversation with my sales rep since it was a verbal. At this time I have not received that recording either. This company just does bait and switch all the time. I have been reading the other reports on BBB and they are of a similar story. It seems to me that this is something that happened a lot in 2022.

Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention.

We are sorry to hear that you have had a negative experience with us, and we would like to clarify our position in this matter.

As per our agreement and contract in which you signed with us, there are no refunds for the services provided. That was understood by both parties prior to commencing services.

However, we understand that you have not received the results you were expecting, and we would like to offer you a solution.

We have booked 20 qualified appointments for your business and our team has worked for 90-days, however we are willing to provide you with a two-month credit to book the remaining 40 appointments.

We assure you that we will achieve the results you were expecting.

We apologize for any confusion that *** have been caused, and we are committed to resolving this matter in a fair and reasonable manner.

We would like to work with you to find a solution that meets your needs and expectations.

If you have any further questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to contact us.

We are always here to help.

Thank you for your understanding and patience in this matter.

Contractors Clinic SCAMMED me out of $2000.00 and then ghosted me. Their ad said "60 Appointments in 90 Days OR YOU DON'T PAY!" Well, they took my $2000 initial payment August 30. From August 30 to December 1, 2022 they have delivered ZERO APPOINTMENTS, ZERO LEADS, ZERO PROSPECTS! All they do here is run ******** Ads on your behalf. This was NOT disclosed up front. They set up my FB Ads account (which FB repeatedly blocked due to their violations of FB ads TERMS OF SERVICE), spent HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS on ad spend charged to my debit card in ADDITION to Contractors Clinic fees (also not disclosed until AFTER they took my money), and ran ads reading "ATTN ********* HOMEOWNERS" for my ******** roofing biz. I wrote a cancellation email asking for my money back and have been fully GHOSTED from these cowards. If you call their company phone and press 1 for sales you'll get quick responses and cheery voices trying to sign you up. If you press 2 as an existing customer it goes to vm every time. There is literally no chance you'll ever get someone on the line. When i emailed in trouble tickets I get generic form letters that don't address my concerns and complaints at all.

Thank you for reaching out and for bringing this to our attention. I am sorry that youre disappointed with our service.

I understand how it can be frustrating to sign up for a service and not have it meet your expectations.

It does look like you signed up for our program prior to us implementing our guarantee, in your contract agreement (attached to this comment) you can see that we both had agreed to no refunds prior to starting services.

However we definitely do not want unsatisfied clients and would appreciate the opportunity to make this right, so please send us a message to ******************************** and we can further assist you.

    Complaint: 18486807

I am rejecting this response because:

Contractor Clinic response stated that I signed up before their GUARANTEE OR DON'T PAY promotion.  This is 100 percent FALSE and they know it.  During the sales phone calls I specifically asked  about this.

This isn't relevent anyway, though.  They did not meet a single one of their contractual obligations.  Not one. This company is pure fraud.

Following is some insight as to our email communications.  I referred to the GUARANTEE repeatedly and at no time did they say anything about signing me before that GUARANTEE was offered.  This is because these people are LIARS!

Following are the email transcripts I've had from them.  See for yourself:

I want out.  I had placed a heap of faith and trust in your giant claim of 20+ booked for you roof sales appointments per month GUARANTEED.

You told me in your WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM US document that I'd get
...exclusive lead generation, qualification, and appointment setting.
EXPECTED   20 appointments per month or more per month for a total of 60 plus in 90 days
DELIVERED   0 per month since Aug 31.

It says "Get Results or Don't Pay With Our 90 Day Guarantee"
...onboarding process requires a lot of information from you to provide the best possible results
EXPECTED   onboarding to include collection of company logo, demo questionnaire, high converting   fb biz page
DELIVERED   quickie onboarding process with no branding or personalization, told that ************; would  be reaching out to fine tune and customize my campaign (never happened)

EXPECTED  10 plus appointments first month with 25 plus thereafter totaling at least 60
                DELIVERED  Zero leads, Zero appointments

I gave you guys a hot area in **** ** that had just had hail.  Should have been like shooting fish in a barrel.  You couldn't even conjure up a single lead.  You've not met my expectations.  Now my last hail opportunity of the year is GONE.   I'm beyond mortified and depressed.

I want my money back.  You guys didn't get ANY RESULTS AT ALL.

    Hi *****,

Thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback.

Were so sorry your experience with us didnt match your expectations.

Your account was cancelled and we did not continue to bill you for the remainder of your contract with us.

Please also see the agreement we've attached for you to view which you've initialed and signed to no refunds.

We've since changed our billing policy to align better with our partners and do provide pro-rated refunds/credits at the end of a 90-day term, not 30 days.

Wed like to learn more about your specific situation and make things right, if we can.

If you wouldnt mind giving us a call at ******************, it would be greatly appreciated.

We look forward to speaking with you and working towards earning back your business.
