On 8/28, I had a consultation with ******* ******** at LVSCC *********. She recommended an evaluation with ***** ****** for laser treatment. I was told the evaluation would cost $55 and the cost would be applied to the first treatment if I decided to continue. I made an appointment to see ***** on 9/6 for an evaluation.A few days later, I received an online request to check in. On 9/4, I completed the check in online and paid $36. On 9/6, I went to the appointment and decided to get a $300 first treatment right then. After the treatment and before leaving the office, I was told they would increase the 9/4 online charge from $36 to $55 and and I owed an additional $245, which I paid.About a month later, I received an online bill for $50 plus some miscellaneous fees. I tried to use their billing support process to resolve it and provided them with proof of payment. I also went to the office and told them about the wrong bill and they told it would be fixed but I received the same bill again this week. My account is paid in full, they should not be sending me a bill, I don't owe them any money.

I received a call from their office yesterday. They said I was right, I did not owe them any more money, and they corrected my account in their system.

Between jan 15th- July 22nd of 2024, I was seen at Las Vegas skin and cancer on ************************************** 8 times, by Nurse practitioner's for upper thigh rashes, under **** rashes, a small circular rash on my outer left thigh, and hair loss. I had four biopsy done, two on my scalp, one on my arm, and one on my outer left thigh. I was given ************* acetonode 0.01 for my rashes, and clobetasol 0.05 for my scalp. First, my biopsy sites started getting infected. I was told to keep using the antibiotic cream I bought, and not to take the bandaids off until my sites healed. Constantly applying bandaids after my showers ripped all the skin off my arm and leg around the sites, in every direction that I applied them. Then my rash on my thighs spreaded all the way down my inner legs, around my pelvic area, and under my arms. My under **** rash got worse, and my hair loss as well. I asked to see a doctor twice. The first time they rescheduled me a day before my appointment, and the second time, I literally sat for hours at the office, just for them to say he left. After, they said they thought they had me scheduled with the wrong person(No, I'm here to see the doctor) I ended up seeing another NP instead, because my legs was on fire, and I didn't have the money to **** back up there. My characters are limited, so This is no where near, everything that happened. Mistakes was made on the Nurse Practitioner's part, so why should I have to pay to fix them? I tried telling them what was going on with my body, and they knew better then me. Now I have ugly scars and worsen hair loss. Who's going to pay to fix this? Also, I will up load the before pictures I have. Some of the pictures are of other skin problems, so there just to show how my legs looked before I came to you guys. And your office also has before and after photos. They took them at every single visit.

If I file a small claims case against the business, do I close this out?

They obviously don't care and is not responding, so small claims is the only option left for me to persue.

On the company's website they advertise Facials. I scheduled a facial but when I went in for my appointment in June of 2023 I was told they no longer do facials. I asked for a refund and was assured I would receive one but when several days passed and I didn't receive one I disputed the charge on my credit card since I did not receive the service. For nearly six months now I've been sent statements for a $55.00 Chemical Peel. I DID NOT get a facial, chemical peel or any other service. I've reached out several times to have this resolved and I keep getting told it's under review. I need this cleared up, I'm worried this will affect my credit score.
