These place is a scam. They prey on people’s cars and then extort cash from people as they tow cars from the NW valley and tow it to Henderson. You can’t see policies, unless you go out to their location in Henderson. $600 to retrieve a vehicle that has been towed is insane. Where does that money go. They operate out of a trailer. Easy and simple extortion . The state should make a law that prohibits this type of scam and put limitations on towing companies.

Rates are set in a tariff and are public through the Nevada Transportation Authority of which also monitor and preside over all towing companies. Please park responsibly.

My vehicle was towed for leaking oil never tagged nothing and they said they don't need to tag it because it's a hazard if it's leaking some oil even though I have the part to fix it and it's not that bad My Jeep was leaking a lot more but I fixed that one first and now they're trying not to give me my car back that I just bought because I'm waiting on my proof of ownership because I just bought it they're scam artists they've done this multiple times to me for different reasons I think they pray on certain vehicles that they know they can resell quickly and for good amount of money and they go to the lower class neighborhoods that are struggling already because they know that they are going to have a problem getting their vehicles back out their pieces of **** scam artists just looking to make a buck off of someone who barely is scraping by

Without more specific information, I am unable to comment except to say that we tow as per approved by the authorized agent for the property. Then to get it out, you must prove that you own it.

worst customer service people I have ever come across. First of all your in an industry where you might encounter some people who are pretty pissed off especially when your towed for no good reason. My voice was raised but I was not swearing or cussing and the girl said I am hanging up call back. twice it happened. First off there was never an orange sticker on the car giving warning car would be towed. Temp license from dealer expired but if they had bothered to look there was 30 day extension in window. They said there was no street parking but not a sign in sight nothing saying there was no street parking. I mean nowhere on either side of the street. then they said car was not registered thats why it was towed. The car was registered when they towed it and of course I have that proof. I now will be more than happy to sue in small claims. Because these people are crooks. I mean what do they do drive around and hook people up for absolutely no reason. Again the customer service wont let you get a question in edgewise. I will be fair however and got one person who was civil.

The reviewer is incorrect. This vehicle was tagged with a bright orange sticker on the 29th of September with a warning that there is no street parking and that the temp was expired. This is an HOA and it states in the CC&Rs that there is no street parking and that vehicles need to be currently registered and in operating condition. Again, the vehicle was parked on the street on 10-3-24, hence being towed. As for customer service, please don't raise your voice to people if you expect a civil answer (swearing or not).

Scam. Weirdo company. With awful receptionist and customer service. Says a temporary tag is not permissible on 8/21. I tell them my dmv appointment is 8/26. Tags do not expire until 8/31. And receptionist tells me theres nothing they can do about it. I ask for grace and to be considerate and receptionists tells me shes done “going in circles”.

If your vehicle was tagged for a violation, it is best to contact your management and let THEM know of your appointment so they can notate your files. This in turn is passed on to us.

They have scammed and upcharged and upsale and Due to a call Flat out STOLE a vehicle ( or towed) it for no apparent reason and then tried to acution said vehicle within a day the automobile in question didn't break any laws.

Vehicles are not towed for no reason, and if you had given specific vehicle information, we could have stated specifically why it was towed. AND vehicles are not auctioned a day after they are towed. (Its more like 45-60 days by which the reg/title owner along with the lien holder are notified)

I came to visit a friend. I had been there a few days an my car was parked under the car port across from where my car was towed . I came a few months ago a parked under the car port further down an a sticker was put on my window for parking under there for no tags . Fast forward to now . My car had been parked for a few days (not moved) under the car port (different spot) yes I took a chance . But the only spot that wasn’t covered was occupied. I left and came back around 2 am a came back and the uncovered spot was empty so I backed in . I came out that afternoon an my car was gone & there is a BRAND SPANKING NEW SIGN posted on the pole where my car was . When I called I was told that the sign was there you can see the SIGN IS NEW mind you it was just raining 1-20-23 . Everything is wet EXCEPT THE SIGN . But back to the story . My car was taken between 12 pm 2 pm . I was told there are pictures and the tower was AUTHORIZED/DIRECTED/TOLD/RESPONSIBLE/REQURIED TO TAKE PHOTOS before anything was DONE . This is FRUAD AN ILLEGAL . My car was towed after the tower posted the SIGN AN TOOK THE PICTURE. No I have no proof . There was nothing or no reason for me to have proof but as in the situation your proof is FABRICATED. There needs to be some type of (CAM) or IF THE TOWER IS IN ( THE FIELD, (TOWING) they need to have more ways of DOCUMENTING . Like monitoring take photos of them entering the complex , tracking of signs Taking photos of signs located before an after **** how many staples that were used something because this is t right

Its understandable that you are upset that your vehicle was towed, however it is clearly marked that where you parked was a fire lane. (There is also red lines in this area) Perhaps due to the time that you parked, you did not see the sign. All of our photos have time and date imprints and yours is not the first nor will it be the last to be towed in this community. Please be mindful of signage.

They took my car from the property where I live because supposedly it was staged before and we didn’t receive any warning the day they took it, I call and asked why they took my car and they said it was tag before and they have the dates and they can take it without notice if it was tag before, but the times they put stickers we checked and it had a visitor pass so I was wondering why they even put sticker? The day they came to tow the car I can see on the street the marks on the floor from the wheels, when we got there to get my vehicle they said they couldn’t let me see it because I had to sign first in order for them to release my car, I told them it’s a RSX 2004 it’s a low car and by the marks I saw in the floor It had i just already knew they had dragged it, when I finally signed all the papers they got my car out and the back bumper is damaged and they try to fix it by putting a screw ?? Why would they even do that, the girls that were on the office were so mean and disrespectful and were cussing at me and told me to F*** off and she was just mumbling and mimicking me. I ask who was going to pay for all the damages and they said they can only put a complain and nothing else and to call everyday until someone gives me an answer ??? What kind of people will just take the car and damages and charge me on top of that and I got cursed and yelled at and no one will do anything?? Even there responses on here are so disrespectful they need to get taken down.

Good morning, Alma, Street parking is reserved for visitors and guests that display a valid parking permit. Residents and long term guests are required to park in a driveway or garage. The vehicle that was towed was warned on 3 separate occasions this year alone specifically warning you to not park the vehicle in the street. We have picture documentation of damages that were on your vehicle going all the way back to February of this year showing exactly what your trying to say we caused. Most if not all of your complaint is unsubstantiated and hearsay so have a little accountability versus trying to paint a picture for the public of what did not happen.

I have pictures of my car before and after. When I went to go recover my vehicle it has scratches and it looks like you guys bump to my back bumper and broke it, also I have pictures of the marks on the street that shows how bad you guys dragged it from loose to Henderson and now while driving my car it makes a bad noise which I’ll be taking to get inspected because it’s not working properly, We all know how we have our vehicles and it takes people time and effort to buy cars because they’re not cheap, I’m so disappointed about the customer service and now about having to fix a car because of your guys neglect, I’ll take my car for an inspection and still have to continue pay for someone else’s mistakes, until this day I haven’t heard from titan towing at least to see what happened, I ask to speak with the manager and I was just told no cause they were train by them and basically the girl in the office said I didn’t need anyone, I did told them about the car damages and they didn’t care, it’s so upsetting that I had to deal with this before Christmas, and also I have seen so many cars parked the same way for many more days and I did had the guest parking and there was a crashes car parked on the red zone for 5 days and no one say or did anything, the sad part is who will pay for the damages? Or the time for me to go and get an inspection because you guys didn’t put it in neutral so now I have a mess up car and now I have to deal with your rude costumer service.

My car did not have a reason to be towed it did not have a warning sticker or anything to be towed but when they forcefully towed my car they dragged it from losee to Henderson. White lady with tattoo on her neck had an attitude and started raising and cussing back, they forced me to sign when I wanted to see if my car was okay before I signed but said I needed to sign if I wanted to see my car but when they had brought it out there was so much severe damage done to the car it broke me because we have daily jobs and they just want their money and they basically laugh at our faces. I told them they’re responsible for this and gave me a complaint paper and walked away and closed their door on me. Never seen such disgusting behavior like this before. Now I have to pay for the damages THEY did but I hope nobody has to go through this honestly such a scam Don’t trust them with towing your car. Even looking at the reviews you can see how disrespectful their responses are.

We would need more information in order to look into this. Year, make & model of the vehicle. We also would need to know if a claim was filed.

Good morning, Your vehicle was warned multiple times previous to being towed (3) and you failed to file any type of damage claim. In addition to that we have pictures from different tag days showing the damage to your vehicle prior to being towed. Because of your vehicle stance it was dollied from your hoa to our tow yard but you are welcome to file a damage claim, have a good day.
