This company is a total scam, the product I received was cheaply made and did not have the power that was advertised. I have asked several times for a refund and I keep getting a run around on wanting to see a video of the product work which I find disturbing. I am not happy with my purchase and I am within my time frame for a refund and they refuse to honor their return policy. I'm telling them I am not happy with this product regardless of me sending a video. Most stores will refund something if you are not happy with your product within a certain time frame which I am in that time frame. The box was squashed up when I got it and if you put any pressure on the product the motor almost stops working. They sent me 2 different tracking number that was never consistent with each other and one said China and the other said USA and they were different every time I tracked it one day it would say it was in China the next day it would say California then the next day it would say a label was just created. This company is a scam! SCAM SCAM SCAM. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY NOT THE TRUE COMPANY!!!Review from Nikki M

Product only worked for 3 months, then the last two would vibrate for 5 seconds then turn off. Super frustrated and the company is only offering a 15% discount.Review from Renea W.

I received the wrong order. I emailed them about it. In my email. I sent them the full name of what I ordered. I sent pictures from their site of what I ordered. I also sent pictures of what I received including the picture of the box that showed the item name was different from what I ordered. I asked them to please send me the correct item or if not process me a refund. They replied back several times that the item they shipped is what I ordered when clearly the box has the name of the item in it which was NOT what I ordered. I reached out to them several more times & my emails have not been responded to at this point. I just want the item I ordered or a refund.Review from Felecia B

Toy broke after 2nd use. Tried several time to contact company and no response. Paid almost $80. Super frustrated.
