    The worst service EVER. They lie, they refuse to call back - I have had to call them over and over to follow up for an AC repair in 110 degree weather - and the lady tells me "you have other units in your home". f I could, I would rate them -5 stars. Stuck with them since it's through my home warranty - but WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THEM

    Hello ma'am please understand we have no control on how long your home warranty takes to order your compressor. We are in no way ignoring you, I hope you can understand we are an AC company and summer is our busiest season. We can only do so much to follow up with every single customer at a timely manner especially when your home warranty is not constantly updating us with your compressor order. We do apologize that you have had to wait however when we finally did receive an update on your compressor we offered you our soonest appointment which was for Saturday, you than went ahead and requested for Monday. We also informed you that at no point were you stuck with us, if you were not satisfied with our services. Your home warranty also works with multiple vendors that could have helped you with your AC issues.

    Alex was very professional and quick to solve the issue he was a good person and was good with us from the start of the process till the end even though it took a couple days for the unit to be fixed he was able to help us as best as possible.

    Alex, from Doctor Cool, was very unprofessional on his service call to my home evaluating my air conditioning unit. At the time of the inspection, he stated my unit was in great condition, very clean, and seemed very new. He even took a picture of the circuit board on his phone that he shared with me. He stated it was the “blower motor”, once he replaced the relay (which his company diagnosed on their 1st visit and stated was the initial issue), but said it wasn’t a big deal. He mentioned that the cost of such an item was fairly expensive and would run approximately $800. He stated I would have to wait approximately 48 hours for a response from *** to see if they would cover the item. Less than 24 hours later, *** contacts me and states the technician from “Doctor Cool (Alex), stated these exact words: “The ECM lower motor has oils around the motor indicating unit has not worked for several months and never would have worked like this and is a preexisting condition.” (Side note: I had just purchased the home, had only been there for less than a month with a certified/bonded/licensed inspection report stating all three air conditioning units were working perfectly). First of all, Alex was very dishonest with me regarding what he was going to report to AHS. Secondly, he didn’t put any of this information on his work order that he provided a copy to me. Lastly, after getting a second opinion through ***, it was determined that Doctor Cool (Alex), who apparently is the owner of the company, has a history of reporting such false accusations if the claim is costly due to not getting paid much from warranty companies outside of his labor time. He would prefer small claims that are less costly so the parts are not a deterrent of his time. BEWARE of this company, DOCTOR COOL, scamming you and trying to upsell to make money in their pocket having you believe the warranty company will not cover your claim. They are NOT COOL AT ALL! Shame on you Alex!!!

    Piss poor customer service. The employee Ericka that answered the phone was very rude and was not sympathetic at all. She continued to mock me while I was trying to explain my frustration’s because their company couldn’t fix it right the first time. 100% do not recommend this company if you can help it worse experience ever.

    My experience with this company is ridiculous. They are doing fraud working with ******** **** ****** Warranty company. They find loopholes into the system and will give you a reason for doing nothing to fix or suggest a fix. They are just making $125 money out of being called for a 5 minutes appointments. And they know they will just write some ridiculous reason to not allow the warranty to cover it. Here is what happened- I raised a ticket with ******** **** ****** Warranty company to check on my faulty 2 gas heater in my house. Some lady from doctor cool called to take an appointment and I confirmed that I have 2 heater/ AC units at the house and want both of them checked and thats exactly I did when raising the ticket with Warranty company. The lady confimed for the 2 unit checks but the guy who showed up at the door said he has ticket for only 1 unit which was purely lie becuae I had 2 units(infact 3) mentioned in the dispatch. Then he just took 4-5 pictures and next you know is he reported there are physical damage/ misuse and faults on the heater unit. This company took $125 from me on top of monthly warranty cost to take 4-5 pictures. This is one of the worst experience through any of the AC/ heater service company so far. I strongly believe they are doign fraud and ready to find people like us to make easy money for 5-10 mins time and drive across Las Vegas. I am going to report it seriously to the warranty company so that it doesnt repeat with anyone else.

    This was the most unprofessional business I have ever had the experience of interacting with. Do not use this business. The tech said it was just a short and they were leaving. I asked if they had the condensation pipe that had fallen off. They tried to tell me oh will have to come back and it will be very expensive. I told them very firmly that I wanted it repaired. They went back on the roof came back down, laughing and left. It was off again. When I called the tech because I had his number, he had confirmed the appointment, he said, that’ll teach you not to be hostile. They were actually laughing, and obviously have no interest in the company or customers.

    WARNING- **************** and even worse customer service. Overbilled and shotty work Do not use them for any HVAC needs. They charged an extraordinary amount for freon and when I found out there might be an additional leak in the attic they took no responsibility for the fact that they never even checked the attic. The owner of the company was incredibly rude and should not be running a business.

    We went out in July repaired a freon leak and installed some freon to your unit. As you stated your unit has been working and you have not had any problems with the unit. Now you have a company out performing a prevenative maintance trying to sell you on a new unit saying you may have another freon leak in your unit. Your unit has been working since July with no problems . It just seems that unfortunately the other company is trying to upsale you on there prevenative maintanence.
