    On my return shuttle on August 18th at 8 a.m., there were problems. First, the vehicle number (****, with "*****") that was texted to my phone never arrived. I was waiting at the designated place and time, but the only bus that arrived had a different vehicle number, so I wasn't sure if it was the right one. Eventually, the driver of that bus did call me (his phone # ************), and he said he was there to pick me up. I told him about having the wrong vehicle number in my text, but I went right over. However, he demanded to see my "slip." I realized that I had forgotten my "slip" back in my room. I explained to him that I had prepaid online and had a text message and email confirming my payment for the ticket. Plus he had just called me himself. I also offered to go inside and get the "slip" from my room if he really required it, but that would have taken like fifteen minutes. He said "well then you will have to pay in cash." I felt like I had to comply, because I was afraid I would miss my flight otherwise. I decided to just comply with his demand so I could make my flight. I asked to pay with a card instead if I had to pay, but he insisted on cash. I only had the three ones in my pocket that I planned to use for the tip, and a $20 bill. Unsurprisingly, he claimed he had no change. So he got the whole twenty. Which went straight to his pocket, and he gave me no receipt or "slip."I have reviewed my receipt multiple times and nowhere in it does it require me to bring a "slip" or ticket. I contacted customer service with my complaint and they never got back to me. I paid 36$ in advance to the company for two 18$ trips between the hotel and the airport, as well as the 20$ to the driver. I don't care very much about the money, it bothers me that the company is letting their drivers opportunistically scam people and won't do anything about it.

    On May 20th I booked a chauffeur driven limo service for my Uncle for the afternoon of May 21. Reservation number(s): LAS2288694 His Delta flight did arrive on time at 2:40 PM. As we were instructed after collecting his luggage he waited for 30+ minutes but NO chauffeur showed up. Then I called and talked to **** over 4 times. **** did acknowledge, the pick up was scheduled and my uncle was supposed to be at baggage carousel 10, still no one showed up. **** assured me that the driver was given that information. After an hour **** said he had communicated that the Chauffeur will be there. However, again after another 30 minute wait no one showed up. So after waiting for a total of 90 minutes my uncle had to take a taxi to go to Golden Nugget Casino. My credit card was charged $88, **** asked that I send an email to request a refund. Even though I sent an email on May 21, still no refund is issued.
