On May 27th I go to get my smog done. I find out they have *** Services. They offer it to me. I understand I'm paying for a service. I am paying for them to get me my plates and I eliminate my time of going or standing in the dmv. That's why I pay more than going to the **** Turns out I get pulled over. The police tried to take my plates. After investigating the paper work they soon realized it was a simple error. The smogbusters through dmv services gave me the wrong plate to my car. The police allowed me to keep the plates because I took the right steps and attempted to register the car correctly.People all make mistakes. I went back to smogbusters today when I first woke up. They called the *** services. The worker from smog busters explained to them the situation. The man on the phone says believe or not this is not the first time this happened this week. Someone fat fingered the license plate number when typing it. You have to go to the dmv and ask for a supervisor and tell them what happened. This is all fine except hey I paid smogbusters already to do this stuff for me. Why am I going to the dmv? That's what I paid you for. ******* from *** Services explained they did not mess up and passed the buck. I explained I paid you guys $200 for my time so I don't have to go spend time at the dmv. This is on you guys. You guys need to do that. He explains they can't because they did not mess up. Then yelled at me we did our f****** job. We get into a shouting match because ******* would not let me speak and then hung up.The service i paid for was to register my car and get me my plates. They did not get me my plates. They offered no solution but to go to the dmv which now wastes more time from my day. No compensation, cursed at and then hung up on. The customer service is probably the worst I ever received in my life.
