Scam! 2750.00 down the drain, I thought I did my homework to make sure they were legit ...but after 4 months and a engine light activated from a loose gas cap help me realize can't get a hold of no one from this company.... credit card company wouldn't dispute after 60 days but If you don't have any issues with your vehicle you have no reason to reach out to them within the 60 day limit....credit card company closed my dispute. Didn't offer any information about the merchant so I could pursue them other ways

The only reason I gave one star is zero stars is not available. When I signed up for the warranty they were very helpful and a reasonable rate. When I tried to make a claim they were very hard contact and once the claim was made the mechanic was unable to contact them. It took over a week to get the claim approved. It has been over a month since I got the car back and National Car Protect still has not paid the bill. I ended up having to pay the remaining amount that they did not pay. National Car Protect only approved 1/3 of the required repairs then disappeared when it came to pay that amount.

When they sign me up they took a deposit and set me up for automatic payments. They took out two payments and when they didn't take out the third payment I tried to contact them and they are not answering any correspondence or phone messages. I just don't want anybody else to lose their money.

I think I got scammed. I've been trying to get a hold of customer service. Automated keeps saying I am #1 thank you for holding. I left messages. 3 days later still #1

I paid National Car Protect gor a warranty on both of my vehicles. A 2017 Chrysler Pacifica and 2011 Nissan Murrano Crosscabriolet. My air conditioning went out and I could not get anyone from National Car Protect to authorize the repair. I called and the dealership called them for three weeks trying to get an authorization. The phone answering service would answer. Ask you the enter the number fir the ext you were calling, transfer you, and the phone would ring them go to voice mail. You could never get anyone to answer the phone. I also paid for the warranty in full. The dealership was able to speak to a customer service representative once and they said that they would only pay $900.00 of the $ 1700.00, needed to pay for the air conditioners compressor. They also said, they would not pay for the free on that would need to be replaced or fir the charging that the system would need after the repair. I called and called, and left so many messages trying to speak to someone and couldn't get anyone to answer the phone. It's so sad that all of these car warranty companies lie to us about them fixing car repairs, and then they refuse to pay for the repairs. I have also found that most dealerships will not accept car warranties, because of the way the warranty company refuses to pay for repairs. I would be better off saving the money that I would pay monthly on an car warranty account, in a savings account of my own to pay for car repairs There must be something that can be done to stop these car warranty companies from continuing to rip people off.

I paid for their service and can't get a hold of anyone. No message, no email, only a recording.

They scammed me out of $2020.00. On June 20, 2024 I thought I had an extended warranty program it was all a scam. I wish I could've uploaded these photos for proff.
