    This is either a scam business or run so poorly that it should be shut down! It has many online complaints for no communication and not receiving orders. On June 29th I ordered a pair of boat trailer guide pads. It is now August 4th, five weeks later. I ordered 28" solid black with closed tops for $44.99 plus $15.95 shipping for a total of $60.94 and paid with PayPal. I never received any emails for order confirmation, order status, shipping, or anything else, and never received the guide pads. I have tried to contact the seller by phone and email with no response. I have no order number because I never received one, but have attached the PayPal payment confirmation. Thank you.

    I still have not heard from the business. My original complaint was also filed with PayPal, asking for a refund under their Purchase Protection plan. PayPal has refunded the total amount for the product and shipping. Thank you.

    Terrible business. I never heard from Beyond The Wake. No communication at all. Fortunately I paid for the order with PayPal and my payment was refunded by their protection plan.

    It has been over 2 months.  It does not take 2 months to deal with a death in the family, disregarding all business during that time.

    I've seen other reviews about this same company, and they've been using that same excuse for years, I call BS

    Ordered Wakeboard Tower Speaker Covers from them on 27 April 2023. It is May 11 2023 and have not received them. Have called numerous times and emailed with no response from seller at all.

    I placed an order on 3/11/2023, I immediately noticed the address was wrong in paypal. I then sent an email to the seller to notify them of the issue. After a few days I called and left a voicemail on 3/14/23 and again on 3/15/23. I have sent numerous emails and contacted via paypal. There has been no response from the seller. I have fiiled a dispute with paypal because the seller will not communicate with me. I wish i would have read all the negative reviews about this company before I spent my money with them.

    I ordered speaker covers on December 13/22 and paid via Paypal $117.88 USD. After not receiving confirmation, I emailed the company on December 15th and then again on December 16th and finally on Dec 28th, after receiving no feedback, I filed a complain with PayPal. The next day, on December 29th, the owner contacted me via email and apologized and said his son was sick with ***** and he was staying home to help him through it. He asked me to cancel the PayPal case that was pending so his seamstress could print the shipping label. He said he could not print the shipping label if there was a pending case. He said it would be shipped out within 3 days. I agreed and cancelled the case with Paypal. January 04th, I requested an update, no response. Jan 08th, I requested an update, no response. Jan 15th, 20th, 27th and Feb03rd I requested a refund. No response.

    This has been shipped to the customer in ******. I did in fact let the customer know that my child was in the hospital with covid and I was by his side during the entire time. This order was shipped out in January and they are still saying they haven't received the item. I believe it may be in ****** customs and possibly why it may be delayed. Customer needs to contact ****** customs as we are in the ** and they are in ******.

    I ordered speaker covers on 5/29. I followed up on 6/14 and then again on 7/3 by both email and phone. I got no response. When I finally got a response, he said that their website was down and my product would ship early July. It did not. I followed up 7/24, 7,29 and 8/1 with no response. He finally got back 8/4 and said my product would ship on saturday. I still do not have my product. It took 3 months for these to be delivered. Your website was not down 3 months. I am not sure why I need to pay full price for a product that was not delivered on time, and more so, was not appropriately communicated with.     This company has a history of fraud and deceit. They need to have charges brought on them. I ordered pads for my boat trailer. I never received a confirmation or a shipping notification. I ordered with ****** and decided to file a complaint. The owner of Beyond the Wake sent me an email saying that I needed to close the complaint before he could print the shipping label. I did just that. Communications with Beyond the Wake basically stopped. I tried to reopen the complaint but ****** does not allow you to reopen complaints Once they've been closed. This guy has been committing fraud for some time according to online reviews. He has a story about being sick and then never sends the products that you buy. This company needs to be put out of business and put in prison. He's a true con man.
