I bought a cat from ********************* in March of 2023. I recently found out from six other cat owners that Luxury Savannahs in ********* has been providing fake vaccine and health reports. I checked my records and they appear to be fake as well. I'm also now learning many cats are dying at age 2 and 3. ********************* is selling unhealthy cats with fake health reports. The public must be warned

Subject: Dispute of Complaint Filed by Mr. ****************************************** Better Business Bureau,

I am writing to formally dispute a complaint that has been filed against my business by Mr. **************************** I apologize for the delay in this response; unfortunately, I was not aware of the complaint or the email from the BBB until today.

Upon reviewing the complaint filed by ********************, I must assert that his claims are unfounded and not substantiated by any concrete evidence. ******************** has not provided any veterinary documentation or medical records to support his claim that the cat he received from us is anything but healthy.

Our agreement with ********************, as with all our clients, includes a clause (2.3) explicitly stating that the new owner is *********** have the animal's health checked at their own expense within 48 hours of transfer. Should there be a diagnosis of an incurable congenital or genetic disease present at the time of transfer, the owner is required to present written proof from a licensed veterinary clinic, return the animal along with all veterinary paperwork, and then, upon their request, a voluntary contribution for the animal will be returned to them within 30 days of us receiving the animal. "Any defects, deficiencies and diseases, which are not readily detected upon examination, are not subject to liability on the part of Breeder." ******************** has failed to provide any such documentation or proof that he adhered to this protocol, which voids our health guarantee.

Furthermore, ******************** has not supplied any evidence of taking the cat to a veterinary clinic for the necessary updated vaccinations or regular examinations since he received the animal.

The accusations leveled against my business in his complaint appear to be based on hearsay rather than factual evidence. ******************** also references "six people"  and unhealthy cats in his complaint without providing any evidence as to the identity of these individuals or any documentation to support his claims that the cats that were "unhealthy" came from me or were unhealthy at the time of their transfer.

It's important to note that we are registered with ********************************* (TICA) and adhere to a strict Code of Ethics. Our kittens are provided with at least two sets of the required core vaccines (FVRCP) before they leave us. We vaccinate our kittens at the appropriate age using the PureVax Feline 4 modified live virus. These vaccinations are administered either by a veterinarian, a vet tech, or myself, having completed a full course and obtained a Certificate of Achievement for Animal Handling and Vaccination (this certificatation is not required in order to administer vaccinations). The only vaccine that is required to be administered by a veterinarian is the Rabies Vaccination. We provide a dated record of each vaccine administered at the appropriate ages of each kitten which is given to each new owner upon transfer. It is the new owner's responsibility to continue to update their animal's regular core vaccinations.

************************ complaint seems to stem from mala fide intent and constitutes defamation towards my business, seeking unwarranted financial compensation after receiving a healthy cat. I am prepared to submit numerous positive reviews from satisfied clients, along with any other documentation required to substantiate the health and wellbeing of the animals we have bred.

In conclusion, ******************** has not provided any legitimate proof from his veterinarian or otherwise to support his claims. It is my belief that this complaint is false and without merit. I respectfully request that the BBB consider the evidence and context provided in this letter when reviewing ************************ complaint.

Thank you for your time and understanding in this matter.

    Sincerely,
    *********************
    Luxury Savannahs LLC.
