    We received our clock and tripod on January 10, 2023, however, we are unable to assemble due to the fact that we did not receive the "fixed Metal Plate" mentioned in the assembly instructions to affix the large clock to the tripod. A thorough search of all packaging materials was conducted to no avail. We have reached out to vendor several times with no response to emails or voicemails. For your reference, our order was placed on 11/14/2022 and our transaction ID is **********. I am simply requesting that we be sent the missing part at fastest means possible to no additional cost of the buyer since we were technically never provided the product in full.

We did not have spare parts available for the piece that seemed to missing in your package and we will make sure that a whole new tripod is shipped to you with tracking supplied by tomorrow 3/28.

    Our high school contacted BIG TIME CLOCKS (EZCLOCKS LLC) to purchase the LED clock #*** (Giant 12" numbers outdoor). We were quoted $899.00 for clock and $205.00 for shipping & handling. We were also told we needed to pay up front even though we completed a PO from our school. We did send a check for full payment on 2/9/23 and there has been no communication after that. I've been calling the listed number but it seems they out source their calls, I get only a message? I also emailed 4x in the last 2-weeks but again no response.

    I purchased a digital clock from big time clocks on 9/28/21. I spent $601.35. When it arrived to ********, **, the remote came broken to the point where I couldn't use certain functions. I immediately contacted support and they sent a 2nd clock that came right away. On 7/18/22, less than 1 year after I purchased the clock which is covered under a 1 year warranty, the clock started to malfunction. I provided pictures and sent it to ******************* to have the clock replaced. I have a training facility and it's very obvious that the clock wasn't working properly. **** connected me with ****** from EZClocks. I followed up twice about getting a new clock and on 7/29/22 a new clock was chipped out. On 8/17 we opened the package to find that again it came broken. I provided pictures of the damage. The clocks are poorly packaged. 2 out of 3 clocks that were shipped to us have been damaged. I reached out 8/23, 9/1 and called multiple times and can't get in contact with anyone while I have 2 broken clocks at my facility. I just want a response and a clock that isn't broken.     On 28-Jan, I ordered a clock from BigTimeClocks. The model that arrived was distinctly different from what was advertised. I have repeatedly tried to contact their customer service department. They not answer their phone, and it frequently takes 4-5 emails or voicemails to get any response. When they have responded, initially they insisted the item was correct, despite it not matching the advertised picture. Eventually they agreed to provide a refund and to take the item back. They have not provided the refund, and have not sent the promised call tag so I can send the item back. Further attempts to contact them have not been responded to. I have repeatedly asked for a manager's contact info so we could talk directly and resolve this; this request has been consistently ignored. Basically, their customer service has given me the runaround for months now.
