    I purchased stickers from this family business. They advertise you buy a certain amount of stickers and they give you some free. I met the requirements and never received the free stickers. I contacted the company via email and two phone calls leaving a message both times. No one answers the phone and there were no responses to my messages. Two of the four stickers I bought didn't stick properly, two other stickers did stick properly. It wasn't my application of the sticker that caused it or none would have stuck. I wanted to resolve this properly, but you can't with a company that won't respond to a paying customer. This is the same problem other customers have experienced.

    On Saturday, November 25, **** reached out to us via Email as shown on the attachment asking for an update. Please keep in mind we are closed on weekends as stated on our website. We did not reach out to Mark until November 28th as we went in the order of tickets we received. Once we saw his email and calls, we emailed him to resolve the issue. We let him know that the order was shipped with tracking number ********************************************************************************** on 11/16 and responded to his question of the buy2, get1 deal which was resolved. This ticket was sent to BBB on 11/28 which is when we responded to the customer and he in turn responded back to our emails confirming communication with us. We asked for pictures of the problem he is having, which to us looked like installation problems. We agreed to reship the items, but we print everything on order. The order was then reshipped out on 12/04, with the following tracking number: ***************************************************************************************; The order is on it's way as this message is being written.

    I placed an on-line order with the company Oct. 30th, 2023. Under the *** page it clearly states that orders take 2 to 3 days to ship. This was important in my decision to use them as I was making a project that had a time constraint. On Nov. 3rd I reached out via email and asked for an update as I had not received a shipping confirmation and it was past the 2 to 3 day ***** The email was meet with no response from the business. During the course of the next week or so I continued to send emails and left phone messages as no-one answered the phone as well. I sent an email questioning the validity of the business with no response. My final email requested to cancel the order and provide me with a full refund as they failed to meet the requirements as stated on their web site and with no response, it was reasonable on my part to believe I was not going to receive my products at all. Shortly after, I finally received and email stating the order was ready to ship. Of course they never read the emails or would have concluded I no longer needed them. I again stated not to send the items as I could no longer use them because of the delay. I was told they were being shipped anyway and they refused to cancel the order. I have yet to receive the order or a refund and it has been well over the time I placed the order. I know the amount is not much but at this point it is the principle of the issue. I am still requesting a full refund and will return the decals if and when they arrive.

    I have received a refund from the business.  I will consider this matter closed.
