  In Feb of 2022 I went to a dental appointment, previously made, at Azima, ******* location. I needed 2 extractions, a lower denture relined and full upper denture made.. I was wearing an upper partial at the time. ************** charged me $3.195.00 for upper and lower dentures, he thought it best to make a new lower not reline the one i had. I paid him in full but never received a lower denture that fit or looked wearable!! after going back and forth in pain for almost a year. ************** and his team gave no indication of remaking the dentures they added more material and that made them fit worse. I let them know when I pick them up the last time that,I was not going to be coming back! I had to find another dentist that relined my original dentures and added two teeth too my upper partial. I had to pay but much less than this man cost me for delivering nothing!! I'm a 76 yr old blk. Woman on a fixed income; I am not crazy, dementia or illiterate! I don't live in a country that allows dishonest people to take advantage of their senior citizens and I want my refund back that I paid you$3.195.00+ $300.00 I had to pay to the other dentist!! You have not responded to my requests so far so iam hopeing you will not cause me any more unnecessary time or trouble!

  Dr ********************** tried to over charge me by charging me a $150 deposit for dental service even though I have dental insurance. My dental insurance prohibits providers from charging patients in excess of their deductible for covered services. Essentially I was asked to pay a $150 deposit for services and also my $50 deductible and an additional $111 to use a 3rd party financing company. Several office staff members said that it was odd that I was forced to provide so many deposits for a service that consisted of be getting 4 fillings.When I questioned this I was told why I was too emboldened to question their office practices based on my race and my age. This dentist office then refused to accept my deposit and refused treatment because I questioned why I was being charged so much up front.
