  I had a DMV road test appointment on 11/27/2024 at 4:00 pm. I paid this company $225 for use of their vehicle and driving instructor to accompany me to my road test. I called first to the company to address all of the details of my appointment. They promised me that they would provide me with a car and instructor to accompany me to the test. That I would have to pay $225 on their website. On the date and time I went to my road test appointment no one from the company showed up. I couldt take my test. Im attempting to contact this company to get a refund ( calling- the only way you can call is you have to leave a voicemail and they claim they would call you back. I called several times and no one called back. Email- when I tried to email their email says invalid address).

  I paid online for a driving lesson scheduled Nov. 7. The driver never showed up. I called and requested a refund, I was assured it world be processed by that Friday. I did not receive a refund. I followed up online and, by phone and have been told I'll get a refund several times and they have not refunded me as of Nov 21.

  I hope this message finds you well. My name is *************************,and I am the owner of Northwest Driving and Traffic School.  I apologize for the slight delay in my response. I have had limited hours due to the death of my father and am just getting caught up with correspondence.
  
  I have reviewed the details of the complaint and verified that the refund in question has been processed. Please see the attached image that shows verification that this refund was in fact processed on 11/20/2023.This image was redacted to remove **************-Sondgroths personal information;however, it is clear that a full refund was issued, and a credit was provided to her back.
  
  I am very apologetic that ************************ refund was not received on a timeline that left her satisfied and I am hopeful that we have another opportunity to show her the quality of our service in the future.
