I returned 2 headsets to Electronics, however, I have not received my refund. The total refund was $1069. I am still waiting to receive my ********** the runaround from credit card company, and ******. I was told by ****** to go to the Electronics, which is what I was doing for over 6 months only to get nowhere. Please helpBusiness response

I purchased two phone charger cases from Electronics Place on April 8, ************************************** ******. I made the purchase based on claims by the seller that the cases would hold a charge for at least three days. This has not been the truth as the case only holds a charge for just a few hours never fully recharging the phone. I have contacted the seller and was offered additional products from the company which I have no use for. I would like the charger but it does not work as the seller has intended. I was informed there are no refunds only exchanges, however in order to exchange there is a return fee of $80 per item. Certainly inaccurate as the initial claim of the product capabilities would still hold true as a false claim. There was no mention of no refunds until receiving receipt of purchase. This was not addressed prior to making the actual sale.Business response

I am rejecting this response because: the refund/exchange policy was not highlighted during the sale of goods. At the bottom of receipt that customer receives AFTER the sale of product do you see that there are no refunds. This in itself is a bogus sales tactic. I believe this was because from the onset the seller knew that the product would not hold up to its claim of maintaining a charge for up to three days. To date, the product charge time lasts a few hours at best and certainly not for three days. By offering an exchange of product for same product I will still experience the same product shortcoming. ************* has offered me other store products i.e. Bluetooth speakers or headphones both of which I have no use for. I have offered to send both phone chargers back for a full refund. Again, the product does not do what seller states it should do thus receipt of sale should be voided as it isnt valid for that reason.

On September 5, 2022 while in ********* my Husband and I were stopped in our hotel by salesman ********************* abd asked to make a purchase. He operated under the pretense that he was giving us this great deal only if we agreed not to tell anyone. He stated he was selling these items to us because they were a new company and wanted to get the word out. He made it seem like he was giving us this fantastic deal. He even showed me a website that had the advertised price that he was reducing. He pretended yo be throwing on free items when actually he was adding cost on another item. We paid $100 for a $30 battery case for a phone. We bought 4 wireless headphones that said sold for $499.99 each but he was discounting them. Later found out he only shifted the cost yo the portable TV projector. We were never told the no refund policy. He focused the receipt on the itemized list that appeared to show all these discounts. This company and the salesman ripped us off. I can't believe the hotel like ************ would allow scammers to do business there. In addition I will be complaining to the hotel. Let the buyer beware. He was a decrptive fast talker. Had I known no refund; I would never have bought the items. Extremely upset and disappointed.
