    I am deaf in the ********* Community with no Support from a deaf Community this being said. Deaf is it's on language culture and minority and I've been discriminated against with physical address.com. I purchased their service on March 29, 2023, I was explained via email for businesses to fill out **** once that was done my mail will be transferred to ****************************************** PMB #**** ********* ** ***** had not been by April 24, 2023. I was given the information to do a change of address form once that was done I still never received my mail but they still kept accepting $11.98 monthly I learned after getting in touch with the postmaster via email that physical address.com had been returning all of my mail from forwarding address in bulk back to **** still taking my monthly fees. I only received two different pieces of mail at separate times one dated May 3 2023 the second was for June 5 2023 I also had to manually stop payment to physical address.com they were still trying to take funds from June 29 through June 30 to July 3 I stopped full payment. Physicaladdress.com has caused me emotional mental and psychological duress and harm to my livelihood for my business as well as my personal mail information and dealing with my living payments. Due to physicaladress.com's negligence and returning my forwarded mail to ****, they cost me bill payments on time, not one but quite a few that will cost me how I will be able to live and do business with ************* as well as personal mail for me to show up in court deadlines for business. This type of behavior is not accepted if they do not want to do business with me they should have stepped up and been vocal hindering my livelihood is not acceptable.

    I am very sorry for any confusion you have regarding the **** Form ****, which is not a change of address form. This form solely gives us permission to process and handle the mail we receive for you. We have never returned any mail addressed to you, if we did that, that would not be a successful business model. I do not see that you have once contacted us regarding any of these concerns that we would have gladly addressed with you and offered an explanation for the delays in processing your mail.

    We have cancelled your account and refunded your last payment and wish you the best of luck!

    Hello, I was wondering what I could do about the my mail, Ive recently had mail sent from ******************** Financial ******** on May 12, 2023. I was told from *** that my mail should be received as on May 23, 2023 and I'm still looking for my mail. I've emailed weekly to see about the update and every time it's: Have you updated your address with the senders or ***** I'll answer I updated with my sender and they say to wait, then it's been the post office is backed up. I have bills to pay.

While the item is in transit, the speed of the delivery is completely in the hands of the carrier delivering your items. PhysicalAddress.com is only responsible for items delivered to our facility. We offered to send, at no cost to you, a Priority test item to check if there was an issue within the **** system for your mail delivery, however, you never responded to that inquiry.

    Yes, I want to make a formal complaint against ****** with physical address.com. She was very rude to me over the phone, and lacked empathy and sympathy for my situation. I have a very serious concern about not getting my mail to my mailbox and I believe someone maybe tampering with my mail and I *********************** last name is not ******** because then I believe she may be involved with the mail Tampering with my box. I have been waiting on several important pieces of mail to come, and the companies have said that they have sent them and I have not received them. When I asked ****** to speak to a manager, she transferred me to someones voicemail. I am highly upset about this, and I have already filed a complaint with the **** I will contact the **** because tampering with meal is a federal offense, and I am not playing games with anyone at physicaladdress.com.

    This company was used to commit fraud and steal my identity in 2020. Someone created an account at PhysicalAddress.com claiming it was me. I believe it was the Tax preparer who did the fraud. I unfortunately mailed the copy the tax preparer provide me without keeping a copy for my records. Now this Tax company is out of business. This tax preparer used this address as my mailing address expecting to receive my refund at this location. Luckily the tax preparer made a mistake on the refund she file. And due to Covid delays happened. I have contacted the office in Person at the end of April 2022 and they refused to provide me with any information about this account. Even though I can verify my identity. I am still due my Stimulus money. Which I cannot have the address changed from this business address through **** ***** I had no choice but to create an account with this Physical Address company. And the **** **** card was reissued and mailed to Physical Address once again. I have been contacting Physical Address to follow up on the mail from **** ***** The card was mailed out on 05/02/22. Physical Address continue to say they have not received it. On 5/23 I spoke to Nicole at Physical Address at around 2:30pm. She stated the USPS is behind on their regular mail and that only Certified mail is taking priority to be delivered. In our phone conversation I did not tell her what was the mail I have been waiting for. And Nicole stated the "card" has not come in yet. The way they are conducting business is very fraudulent and unfortunately I cannot get no one higher than Nicole or a Guy I believe his name is Zach. Which I have talked to twice int he last couple of weeks. And I have asked to speak to the owner of the LLC and have not been able to push my issue to a higher lever at their location. The post office cannot provide me with information of the mail delivered to this address because it is a commercial property. I need help!
