  The business manager ***** is extremely unprofessional and dishonest. I clearly told her I need two full basketball courts and I was booking them for 50 kids traveling all the way from **** to ******* to play basketball in this upcoming summer July. ***** was slow on response and she sent me the quote eventually. However I found out her facility was small and only has a half court. She claimed I could find the 2 half courts photos on Instagram but I told her I need 2 full courts instead of 2 half courts. The space would not be enough and she was lying about her business capability, dodge my questions when I straight asked her if its 2 full courts. I requested refund and she agreed but she said she needs to wait the bank finish transaction since I already paid. Once I reached out to her again, never responded and not willing to communicate. We havent even used the facility and it is in July so we should be able to cancel any time plus she already agreed. This business has extremely low review on ****** and they are taking away money from little kids. I paid $1080 for the booking and now she is not paying back the money

  We have a strict no refund or rescheduling policy. After speaking with management and learning we missed out on other bookings due to the busy time of year it was booked, we are adhering to the policy we have always had. The facility will still be available for their use on the dates that were requested.

  I am rejecting this response because: I requested to refund right after I booked the facility, it was within 5 minutes. The owner did not lose any business. She is lying and being extremely dishonest. She already agreed to refund as soon as I realized she was falsely advertising her facility. She said she will refund after the bank finish the transaction but then she disappeared. She never had a proper conversation with me after I reached out to her multiple times. She is avoiding to communicate with a good and friendly consumer because of her greedy and dishonest business mindset

  Rented the gym to play basketball on Sunday 8/20/23. The gym had water leaking from the A/C unit. My crew tried mopping the floor to play but we were able due to the floor being too slippery. We asked ***** (the owner) to return our money back ($70) but she never did. F we played we would have slipped and fell how slippery it was on the floor.
