    Date of transaction: 11/12/2021; Invoice number: ************; Amount paid: $4348.30; What the business committed to provide you: Custom poker table; What the nature of the dispute is: The table was not only delayed, but damaged upon delivery and even though we purchased white glove delivery/assembly, it was not provided. I had to pay additional out of pocket expenses to attempt to repair damaged USB pucks (which were not as advertised/bait and switch), damaged leather, damage in the wood of the racetrack, assembly, and then when the table still didn't function properly, we had to pay for movers to bring the replacement table inside the home, pay for assembly of the replacement table, and pay to have the damaged table removed. Has the business tried to resolve the problem: The business has attempted to send replacement parts for the original table that does not work properly, and they have since sent a replacement table. They have not, however, paid for all of these issues that had nothing to do with me. I'm asking to be reimbursed for the additional money I've had to pay for their mistakes, my time, and the removal of the damaged table. I should not have had to pay anything additional for an already expensive table that should be in perfect working order from the start.

    Business Response /* (1000, 8, 2022/05/13) */ The customer received her initial shipment last 2/23 - there are Scratches on the table, boxes are torn. No White glove service made as well. Customer is willing to have these issues repaired. No Delivery Receipt provided by delivery guys. - We understand that the customer should have not experience this kind of issue but shipping issues always happen every once in a while. We help the customers to fix the issue. Carriers require us to mitigate the shipment before proceeding with claims and that has been relayed to the customer. She accepted the offer so we hired a tasker for her to repair and assemble the table. She then rejected the hired tasker as she mentioned she needs professionals. She then hired someone who can assemble the table herself. I asked her how much and we can reimburse. Afther that, she found more issues with the table which was not reported from the initial shipment. She offered to have the table replaced but she wanted 25%. We then approve of the said 25%. Later on, she asked if she can get a replacement. We then proceed with the replacement. The replacement table arrived in good condition but we agreed that incase of a 25% she will be having a new table. We're willing to compensate her the amount she paid for the assembly and other fees which in total is more or less $350 or two chipsets from worth $500. Consumer Response /* (3000, 10, 2022/05/17) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) This was a 5 month process with one problem after the next. BBO Poker admitted their faults and assured me I'd receive compensation due to the time and money I've spent on their mistakes. The replacement table is not compensation. I should have received a perfect working table AS ADVERTISED, from the beginning. I've spent well over $1000 and taken time away from my own business to deal with their issues. I did not deny any taskers, they were sending delivery people from *** who had no knowledge that they were supposed to assemble a table. I've waited on several occasions for hours at a time for people not to even show up. $1500 is more than fair.
